It has been less than a week, but I was skeptical when they first showed up, but once I saw the machine they use I was thoroughly impressed. The main reason I had the carpets cleaned was due to pets, so they said to wait two weeks before the smell subside.. Carpets look very clean and the smell very much improved if not gone.. I will be using them because of the cleaning machine they use (looks like a buffer)...

Carpet looks and smells great. Worried that they wouldn't be able to get a stain our of our new carpet downstairs, but they did!! Also had them so our upstairs Carpet that wasn't as new and it just looks and feels so much better. They were on time and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service without all the typical annoyances of getting carpet and upholstery cleaned. We called them and had our carpets cleaned by them when we moved in so that a 20 year old carpet would feel as good as new. Later on our two year old did a "number one" on our couch, so we gave them a call. Not only did they get the smell and that stain our of the couch, but they got a few other stains that I'd given up on. Our couch is looking better than the day we bought it. To top it off, it dried so quickly that we were able to watch a movie on it that night (where the two year old spilled some popcorn, I might need to Brenda on speed dial). I highly recommend them any time someone has a spill or a mess!

The guys were very friendly and conscience. My carpets were very clean and the house smells nice and fresh. I used the P.U.R.T service, as we'd had a pet accident. There was no residue and it took care of the problem.

The carpets are the cleanest they've ever been. I love the results. My settee is no longer embarrassing and the fabric is soft again. Thank you!!! However, my brand new wooden stairs have gouges in them from the machine being dragged across them. We are currently working with Stan to get it all taken care of. Getting the carpets cleaned was the last thing on a long list after several months of renovating and having the situation with the stairs has been so upsetting; a real let down.

I called to get a quote and received a quote from the owner of 3 bedrooms for $89.99 that's it. He told me his crew would be there at 2:00. We'll 2:00 came and they weren't there. Then at 2:15 I get a call saying they would be there in 20 min. 35 min later they show up and quote me 200+ for the 3 rooms. He THEN tells me the price of $89.99 is 3 rooms UP TO 300 SQUARE FEET! 3 rooms that equal only 300 square feet?!! That's a joke! Just my bedroom alone is 400 square feet! I had to get a sofa and some stairs done as well, so my bill was high. After talking to the guy who cleaned my carpet for a while I finally talked him into helping me out and he gave me $25 off. But still at that point my bill was WAY higher then expected. Then the next day I go back to my apartment and the carpet was still wet (which the owner assured me that it would dry in a few hours) I ended up having to rent 2 large fans to get my carpet dry. I emailed the secretary and ask if the owner would please call me (he is the person who oringinally quoted me) so he called me and instantly started saying if I don't pay he is going to go talk to Carlos Martinez with Orem police department (like he could do anything besides send Mr Schneider to the small claims court department to file a claim) anyway I began to tell him that I wasn't planning on not paying and I never said I won't pay, I just wanted to work something out. and he told me to find out how much the fans cost and hung up. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned by a professional. He isn't professional, he is rude, and he sure as hell can't communicate!

Chem dry arrived early, which is great, and the techs were really nice. I was disappointed to find that they made a mess in my kitchen sink with grimy hair balls and soot. I wish they would have told me they needed to pour dirty water out somewhere. Instead of telling me, they helped themselves and made a big mess for me to clean up. Plus, dirt and hair balls should NOT go down my kitchen drain. Finally, I was told the carpets would dry in 2-3 hours.... Ha! Try 6. All in all, the carpets look nice, but it was a disappointing experience.
