Royal Pro is wonderful. Gabby and her ladies have done an outstanding job cleaning for us for several years. They are kind and compassionate, too! They had to work around hospice equipment and my dying spouse and always went above and beyond the cleaning we contracted for. They also have been amazingly flexible in scheduling. They were 30 min. late (as usual). When they told me they were finished, I noticed they had not cleaning off the dining room table and my carpet was still filthy. I had them use my vacuum which filled 1.5 canisters with the dirt they left!

I actually live in Seattle and was hiring them as a gift for a loved one that had just lost her father. They were going to host a memorial at her house but she was a bit stressed about it because the house had become a bit messy while the family was grieving and trying to organize for the funeral. I was very nervous hiring someone from a few states away with such a delicate situation. Royal Pro and their team were very sensitive to our needs and did a great job cleaning. I will never suggest this company, the reason being how unprofessional they are. First off when they performed my service they were nearly 4 hours late and it took them almost 5 hours for a TINY two bedroom apartment and they charged me 150$, since they have come i have found someone who did a better job for half the price and took them 2 hours. The most frustrating part about this company is it took them 1 month to even send me the invoice... and when the owner reached out finally inquiring about whether or not i had even received one (including i was about to get a late payment on something I had never been charged for!), she text me at 2:30 am! Once I finally received the invoice, which I am fully planning on paying.. she has text me three times since asking for me to pay it now nearly 2 months after they came. All in the middle of the night, 1:30 am, 2 am, even 5 am. I am four months pregnant and trying to get as much sleep as possible the hours they text me is ridiculous. If the owner of the company reads this do not text me any longer. Email me if you need to contact me for whatever reason.

These guys went above and beyond for me during there services. I was renting a room from landlord that didnt have time to clean due to work. So we elected to go with an outside company. Royal pro cleaning company went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I will use them again and again.

I called on a Friday to request a deep cleaning the next Monday, knowing that it would be a long shot for scheduling that soon. I was told it could be done and that there would be someone at my house between 1-3 PM. My husband was going to be at home from work that whole day. I received a message from my husband at 4:15 PM on Monday that no one showed up or called and I never heard from anyone either. When I called to see what happened, no one answered and the voicemail was full. I text the number on the website to see what happened and was told that the cleaning would not be done today because the cleaning ladies showed up and no one was home. I was told that there was a business card on the door to reschedule. My husband was home all day and no business card was anywhere on or near my door. I received no phone call to check to see if they maybe had the wrong house, my husband in the bathroom, etc. Very disappointed and now have to spend the next 4-5 hours deep cleaning my house after working a 12 hour shift.

I would NOT recommend this company. I set up a bi-monthly house cleaning service. The quality was good at first but quickly went down hill to the point that the floors on my main floor (kitchen, living room, etc. ) weren't cleaned at all one visit. I reached out to the woman who manages the company with my concerns and they offered to have someone come back to clean the floors... Because I have to keep my dog in the basement (he is a friendly lab, but they are not comfortable with him) this was extremely inconvenient but I wanted to give them another chance. The quality was ok the following visit but again went downhill quickly. The last two times my home was cleaned they did not clean the shower in my master bathroom, they missed the mirror, etc. I was going to cancel their service all together, but decided to give them one last chance. I let her know about the last two poor experiences and asked that she ensure this week's was better. To my amazement, I came home to the worst cleaning service yet. Not only was the shower in my master bathroom not cleaned (now for the third visit in a row), but this time the floors on my main floor had dog hair left all over them, the rug in my front room wasn't vacuumed, there was a large smear on the mirror in my master bathroom, the table by the front door wasn't dusted, and neither were any of the shelves or the buffet in the living room. Well over half of the house was not cleaned. When I reached out to let her know I was canceling my cleaning service and was not willing to pay for this visit. She tried to intimidate me for being unwilling to pay for the last service. She went so far as to say that- "...it's so easy for a client to just take away from hard working ppl. Even when we are honoring our word on fixing this for you...." "I hope you feel good about your actions and will let karma take over..." This situation is unbelievable. They offered to come back and "re clean" again (she likes to mention their 24 hour guarantee). It is not feasible to have to reach out after every cleaning and reschedule another one... What kind of company expects their customers to be ok with that? I am guessing they hope that most just won't bother. I would never trust letting someone who talks to their customer this way back in my home. They clearly have no integrity if they expect to be paid for a job they did not do even half of. I have attached a couple of the pictures I took in hopes this company doesn't take advantage of any other customers.

There are honestly not enough stars to rate this company's compassion and commitment for what they do and who they serve. I am literally mind blown not only by the quality of service and care they gave to me and my house, but for the immeasurable amount of compassion and understanding these people showed me. I can write a 10-page long review about how amazed I was with the lightning fast responses to every single question or concern I had (even after hours); their kindness toward me and my situation; and the diligence they proved in all their hard work they performed for me. A little more faith in humanity was restored in my life today and I'm still thinking about it even hours later. I HIGHLY, STRONGLY, FIRMLY suggest in hiring this down-to-earth company who genuinely cares about the people they serve. I'm so grateful for you all!!

Royal pro cleaning is amazing ! They walk you thought pricing before they even start and set you up with a firm quote. I recently moved to Utah and I was very impressed by they work ethic and kindnes. They even asked me about sensitivity to chemicals to make sure my family was safe. I've never had any other company ask that upfront. Now I will use them again in a regular basis. Gabby is awesome !

Royal pro did a grest job ! There was 2 little details they fixed for me at the final checking they do with you before you pay them. I love the fact that they double check before you make the payment. Would highly recommend them !

Tried to hire them through Thumbtack. After I sent a message to them, I received a response saying they'd 'love' to help. Once I messaged back I never heard from them again and they never confirmed my service request. This was after more than a week of trying to work something out. I cant figure out why they even responded to one message if they were not interested in actually taking my money. They have great reviews on Thumbtack but google reviews are pretty mixed. I can see why. Unprofessional and disappointing. I'll gladly pay more to someone else who can actually fulfill the services they offer.

Every other cleaning experience that I have had has been a negative one. These people are exceptional. They clean everything just as they say they will and the prices are more than fair. once my house had been cleaned the price came down because we required less maintenance. The communication is great and I can't recommend them enough! Gabby is fantastic and great deal with.
