I waited several days to leave a review because I wanted to wait until the carpet was fully dry and to see if any old stains reappeared. It cost a little more than I had spent in the past with other well known chains of carpet cleaners, but this is the best cleaning I’ve had. The carpet looks fabulous. 13 year old family room carpet where a lot of eating, drinking, pets, and spills have occurred. The carpet looks great. He was on time, called when he was 15 minutes out. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them!

Jimmy did an out standing job her at our office! The carpets look like new and the tile floors are actually white again. Jimmy really went above and beyond, he was left with a poor job from a previously used company. He actually stayed and finished the job on his hands and knees fixing what they had left. I am very happy with the job Power Plus Cleaning did on my sectional. They showed up when they said they would, and the gentleman was very polite. My downstairs is full of unorganized boxes and my garage looks like a bomb went off! The guy from PPC (I am lazy to write the whole name) was very nice about my messy garage. He worked for two hours on my sectional and left it looking great! It had water stains, baby drool stains, formula and some food stains on it. He made the sectional look great. I write these reviews only when I am very happy with a product or company, because you never know when reviews are fake. You can trust mine! These guys are great! You won’t be disappointed, unless you are the type of person that finds faults with everything, and even then I think you will be happy with Power Plus Cleaning. One more thing! The nice guy even cleaned the carpet in front of my couch for free! Very cool.

I was skeptical about all the five star reviews because most other carpet cleaning companies will give you a discount or some benefit to go leave a positive review. Let me be very clear that I in no way am leaving this review for any type of incentive from Power Plus Carpet Cleaning. I just feel strongly enough that people should know this company is who you want to clean your carpets. We've had tons of other companies come clean our carpets when we had renters in a basement apartment and they are all the same - they soak your carpet and do a mediocre job at getting them clean. Power Plus actually cleaned our carpets and they were not completely dry, but much drier that being left like a wet dog from other companies. Power Plus is not the cheapest out there but they are not the most expensive either. If you are looking for value for money they are the real deal. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. We have finally found a carpet cleaning company that we will call again! Thank you Power Plus!

I hired Power Plus Cleaning to clean up the carpet disaster my renters left for me. I was banking that their videos on their Facebook page would be what happened at my house. My light brown carpet was BLACK and I had stains everywhere (red, candy, etc). I truly believed I might have to replace the carpet this year. MY JAW WAS ON THE FLOOR when I saw my carpets once Power Plus cleaned them. I could not be happier and Jimmy was the best ever! He sent me photos while I was at work and kept me updated. I honestly thought the pictures he sent were too good to be true but when I arrived at my townhouse my mind was blown. They looked like new. Last night our basement sewage pump broke. We were able to get it fixed today, but the technician accidentally tracked some of the waste up and down our stairs. It was a disaster. I called up Power Plus and they were able to have Jimmy come out to our house a few hours later. Jimmy was simply awesome. He took care of all of the the issues and made it look like new. They were very professional. On time. Communicated great. My carpets are 14 years old. I've had them cleaned with the traditional steam cleaners many times. The dark wear patterns were always still there. I thought my only choice was to replace carpets. My carpet now looks great. You can't remove areas where the carpet has been worn but there is no darkness to them anymore. This is a bit more expensive but worth it. You definately get what you pay for!

Jimmy came out this morning and worked a miracle! We had a medical grade fecal spill (from a Colostomy bag) on the carpet in one of our bedrooms. Jimmy had the equipment and knowledge of how to handle it. He used black light and a special treatment. He was quick, thorough, and very polite. And, I am happy to say that the carpet has zero evidence or smell of the disaster that had occurred there. We will definitely use Power Plus again!

Don was very professional and honest when he came to clean my carpets. I showed him some red spots and he told me he’d probably have to use a special cleaner to get them out and told me how much it would cost extra to do it. He also said there were some high traffic areas that wouldn’t come completely clean because of the damage to the carpet. When he finished with the initial cleaning he didn’t end up having to use the special cleaner, and the high traffic areas did come clean! I was very impressed with how good a job he did and the speed with which he got it done. I will definitely be using Power Plus again!

My carpets look and feel great. My technician was having a bad day and I was having a bad day so we didn’t exactly hit it off. However- I had a pipe disconnect in my bathroom while he was there and he helped turn off my water and suck up the extra water. I am grateful he helped out that day.
