I had Mr. Maid, Korey, come and clean my dryer vents, literally saving us from a serious potential house fire. The gas dryer hose was kinked, the vent was full of lint, not venting properly. He quickly cleaned the vents, hose, and dryer, and went above and beyond to purchase a new dryer hose to fix the problem. Reasonably priced, above and beyond service. Definitely recommend him. I don’t usually leave reviews either, but his service was excellent. Quick response time, appointment scheduled in a timely manner, he let me know when he was on his way. You can’t go wrong calling him for your needs.

Happy that i got his services, tons of dirt removed from my dryer. He did extra work cleaning up the vent & the birdie family occupying it. Mr Maid also helped me moved some of the stuff (not dryer related) as there is nobody around to assists me with some work. Korey @ Mr. Maid did a great job. We had Korey clean out our Dryer vents. We have a 6 year old house, fairly new washer & dryer. We thought we might have some small build-up. Wow, we had a lot of build-up. Korey brought special tools to ensure our dryer vents was cleaned all the way through. I didn't realize how hard it would have been to do that without Korey and those specialized tools. The vent ended up coming off on the roof (which I had not idea). Long story short, it's made a huge different to our dryer and probably was a hazard that we didn't even know existed. Money well spent.

He also took out some screws that they used to install which should not have been there. He was so pleasant and great to work with. His work was excellent. I have paid to have my dryer vent cleaned multiple times, but I still had this nagging feeling to get it done again. I saw the Ad for Mr. Clean and knew they were my answer. Not only did Kory thoroughly clean my dryer duct (which obviously hadn’t truly been done by the other companies) He advised me my dryer duct was installed incorrectly using 4 screws! He did an awesome job fixing and replacing the incorrect venting and removing all the build up in the vent. He also left everything clean and looking better then when he began. I finally have Peace of mind that the job was done right. I can not recommend this service and Kory to enough people! Definitely will be doing this regularly for safety and peace of mind. Wow! Can not say enough about this service. Our vent was completely blocked. I wondered why my dryer was taking soooo long to dry our clothes as its a really nice dryer. Not only did he clean everything up, but he replaced our broken vent hose, replaced our cover on the outside of the house and throughly wiped everything down and cleaned behind our dryer!! customer for life!

Our dryer stopped working, so we called a repair man. The repair man found that the thermal coils in the dryer had overheated. He asked if I had ever had my dryer vent cleaned. I didn’t even know that was a thing! I tried the company he recommended for several days, never receiving a call or message back. I messaged Mr Maid on a Friday morning, and he got back to me within the hour! He had an open appointment that afternoon! He was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced!
