I’m a verrrry particular client and having moved here from Las Vegas where customer service is usually great it has taken me 3 years to find a great housekeeper. I finally called pro-maid after being very disappointed in the quality of clean in st George from the cleaners I had tried. I had Marisa and Desiree come and clean for the first time and when I got home I was shocked. With very little instruction from me when I left them this morning I didn’t find one complaint. This is what I have been looking for. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for someone to clean. I have just arranged to have them come weekly and hope that we have a long happy future together. I Highly recommend them. Kyle was also excellent in helping me to work within my budget to get the best clean for my money. This company is the AWESOME so far. I will give further reviews after they have been here more to see if it was just one time thing. I sure hope not.

We are depending on Maid Pro to do what we want and pay attention to detail, and it was done. We expect to do some entertaining next year and this is a new house, and we want to keep it looking new. Awesome service! Coming home after work to a home that smells great, is well organized, and has all of those little touches (specialty folded towels, a bed made so that you can bounce a quarter off of it, kleenex and toilet paper set up 5 star hotel style), is the highlight of my week. Called on a Tuesday afternoon. No one answered and I left a voice mail stating I needed service on Saturday. I have out of town guests coming and I needed to book something as soon as possible. I also requested a quote on their website the same day. Received email stating they would call me back. On Thursday afternoon, no one had returned my call. I called back again and no one answered. I declined to leave a second voicemail. 48 hours during the work week is plenty of time to get back to a potential customer. If they can't even return calls, I question their reliability to keep a cleaning appointment.
