The only reason I'm giving this company 3 stars is because my tile got scratched. The man who came was very pleasant to talk with, and worked really hard on cleaning my very dirty microfiber couch and recliner. I'm just really disappointed in the damage done to my floors, and that there wasn't an effort to make it right.

I'd much rather support a small business owner than others like Zero Rez. I used them twice and they were not great.
