Most importantly, I got a bunch of different bids and these guys came in much much lower than anyone and were extremely friendly and reliable. Within 48 hours we had lights, High quality LEDs neatly placed on the edge of the eaves. Good value for same product and installation as neighbors at less cost. Utah Valley Exteriors are AWESOME! They did an AMAZING job on our windows inside and out. New construction, lots of dirt, paint, even some glue. You wouldn’t even know, they are spotless. Asked about a few additional prices, such as RainX and they were very helpful and honest, didn’t feel I needed an additional charge based on our washing schedule. Had them come back and add Christmas lights. They look SO GOOD. Turned them on for the first time, and a few of the lights didn’t work. They were out first thing the next day without question. Great business, and great to work with.

Awesome communication and very fair pricing! We did have a very minor problem with the technician that came out. He set the screens (which were being conditioned) on our new concrete pad which did leave some staining that I couldn’t rinse away. I sent my concern and got an immediate response from Ammon with instructions on how to remove the stain which is now gone...WHEW! Other than that, they showed up on time and did a fantastic job! We will use them again!
