I had a great experience with Happy House Cleaning! My wood floors in my main level were cleaned and bathrooms were deep cleaned and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I’d definitely use them again! Update: I used Happy House Cleaning again and am so happy with their services! I’m 9 months pregnant and Sylvia came and deep cleaned my bathrooms, my hardwood floors, baseboards, walls, blinds etc. she got so much done in her time here. It was so helpful and now my house is super clean for my new baby’s arrival!

I have been very pleased with the services I have received from Happy Housecleaning. I have used them for over 4 years now to clean a 2400 sq foot home. Charmin, the owner, has made sure that I have always had a cleaning person available to be there, even if it means she and her husband have had to come over and clean themselves (has happened twice over the the time we've used their service). If there was a sub-par cleaning, and I called to have it corrected within the 24 hour requisite period of time, She would send out the cleaning person to come clean my home again. Only needed to do that once. The only issues that I have encountered have been a lack of retaining of employees from time to time, which has affected Charmin's ability to have consistent cleaning people visiting my home at times. This is understandable, given the nature of the business, with cleaning people knowing that they can eventually break off and earn better money working for themselves and the fact that cleaning homes is a very hard business to retain good employees in the first place. An excellent company. The prices are competitive and Charmin runs a tight ship with a fair hand to both her customers and her employees, I feel.

**UPDATE 9/19/2018 The owner of this company, has shown to be prolific fabricator and may also have some memory problems, since reply is over a month late. I sent this Company pictures of not just crumbs but dirt and grime from corners not cleaned or mopped with dirty water. Conversations with Sharman twice ended with her hanging up, and incoherent texts. By the tone of this Company's response it is inflammatory and condescending at best. Veiled offers of "100% Customer Satisfaction" are over a MONTH Late and False. Again AVOID this Company, you will be Disappointed. **Update 8/14/2018, talked with Sharman the owner, expressed we were disappointed and we expected better from a Professional Cleaning Service. She seemed not very concerned, and seemed enraged by the implication her people did not clean the corners. I texted here multiple pictures of corners not cleaned at all. We had to ask them to come back to re-mop the floor with "Clean Water". We have used other maid services who clean the corners not cut them. Other Cleaning Services have done an Amazing Job. We were told they could not get hard water stains out of glass shower doors. We cleaned every corner of every room after they cleaned and it took me 15 minutes with Bar Keepers Friend and a Magic Erasure to get the hard water stains out of a glass shower door. I would suggest looking elsewhere, which is too bad because in the beginning Sharman was very accommodating and seemed easy to work with.

I was really happy with the service I received. The owner was quick to contact me and get me scheduled. The gal that did the cleaning did a really good job and completed the tasks I wanted done most, then still had time for a few other things. This really is a life saver because I have four tiny kids who are constantly wiping their gross hands everywhere, spilling food, etc...

What an amazing company!!!! In a very short notice and tight time frame they cleaned the whole house the day we had to move out. Happy House Cleaning deep cleaned my entire house today. Although only one cleaner came and it took a long time, she did a great job and was very kind. Every surface shined and had perfect vaccum lines. It was easy to schedule and she showed up on time. The company was incredible to work with. Happy Housecleaning did a great job cleaning for us. We had a little mix up with scheduling but we were able to get it rescheduled for the next day and the ladies did a nice job.
