Randy and his crew did a fantastic job! I bought a house that appears to not have been cleaned for 30 years, and the ducts were worse than anything I could have imagined. So impressed with their timeliness, professional appearance and, most importantly, the product of their work. I can now have my AC running and not be fearful of what it is blowing into my home! Randy and the Crystal Clean Vents team provided an outstanding service. We looked at and contacted 5-6 other companies in the 'vent cleaning' space, and we are so happy we chose these guys. Our vent system was very dirty (big understatement) and had likely never been cleaned. Crystal Clean Vents left everything looking like it was new. Randy and his team went above and beyond to explain the process and to leave our system totally clean. We are now breathing clean air in our home. In my mind, the big difference between these guys and the competition is their equipment. They have a specialized truck that generates so much suction power. From our research, a lot of the other companies use glorified shop vacs. These guys are the real deal. They were professional, friendly, and hard workers. They even wore little booties on their shoes, so they didn't track in dirt or mud on a snowy day. I would absolutely recommend this company.

From the moment I called Randy I was impressed. Every other duct cleaning company I worked with shamelessly up-sold me by doing an estimate over the phone. They gave me a lower bid and then would double the price of their job once they came to my home. Randy was thorough and actually came to my home and walked us through every step of the process and told us exactly how much we would pay. He was true to his word and we didn’t pay more than we were expecting. What’s more - Randy and his team are AMAZING! I couldn’t believe the dust and gunk they removed from my vents! Randy and his crew were polite, professional and personable. They didn't even bat an eye when I admitted that in my ignorance, we hadn't been using an air filter which meant that the entire system was a mess. Despite this complication, they were able to clean not only the air ducts but my entire A/C coil as well, potentially saving me hundreds of dollars in A/C repair work. Throughout the process, Randy kept me informed about what they were doing and gave me tips on how to use our duct system more efficiently to more evenly cool our home. If you're like me you've probably been looking at your typical Groupon HVAC cleaners, so let me do you a favor...STOP LOOKING and call Crystal Clean Vents! Prior to finding Randy and Crystal Clean I used a Groupon company at our rental when my partner's allergies started flaring up. IT DID NOTHING! His allergies didn't improve and honestly it didn't feel like they did anything except track dirt in on the floors. So, when we bought a home in April we wanted to get the vents cleaned to try and prevent any allergy episodes and I started looking again. That's when I found Randy and Crystal Clean Vents. Randy and his crew came in and cleaned all our ducts, sanitized all our vent covers, and it felt like a completely different home. At this point you might be asking what is the difference between the Grouponers and Crystal Clean Vents, so here it is: integrity. Those Groupon deals can literally be a person with a shop vac and a roto brush that just takes your money, pushes dirt and debris in to your trunk lines; only to have that dirt and debris blow back up the next time your system kicks on. Crystal Clean actually REMOVES the dirt and debris from your system with a high powered vacuum truck that sucks everything out from the trunk lines. They also clean your AC coils and several parts of your furnace. Stop wasting money to "save money" on Groupon and work with Crystal Clean Vents to get it done right the first time.
