We had a washer pipe burst while we were away in our upstairs mudroom. We had a flood throughout the entire house. Complete Restoration got us up and running in the most effective way possible. They will handle everything "completely." It was a very positive experience working with them. Their sub contractors did a great job and they helped us through the entire process. If you have insurance, expect that every penny of it will be spent with them (They will accurately quote and assess the damages). You can also expect that not a single corner will be cut and your disaster will be handled 100% by the end. I highly recommend their professional services.

Excellent excellent service! Although I am bummed that we needed to fix water damage and mold, Complete Restoration made the whole process minimally painful. They were professional, considerate, and very skilled. We have murals on our wall, and they were very delicate with cutting the ceiling out to not damage the murals and covered the walls/murals with plastic while painting the ceiling to make sure no splatters got on them. And without taking away from the quality and safety, they discussed ways to help us save money. They worked around our schedule, and every one of their workers were always very kind and respectful. Another plus is that Complete Restoration handles and does everything! Other companies will do one thing, such as the mold, and then you need to call another company to come do the other parts, such as dry wall and painting. Complete Restoration handled everything from the beginning to the end. And they are very comparably priced. Hands down, great experience! I highly recommend Complete Restoration to everyone!

I wish I could give a higher rating. They did a great job taking care of our flooded house and cleaning up the mess. We were really happy with that, however, the admin and billing side of things is not so great. They don’t give you any idea of what the price will be until everything is said and done. Since they don’t do any of the rebuild after the demolition they overcharge for the reconstruction. Best to hire someone else yourself. Communications aren’t real great either once the demo is done and cleaned up.

My basement flooded recently at night. When I called up Complete Restoration they sent a crew that night to help move furniture, pull up the carpet pad and start drying out the floor. The next day they had a bigger crew come out and finish inspecting the damage, making recommendations and doing everything they could to minimize mold growth. We recently went to do flooring and found old damage to our subfloor and wall from water. Everyone we dealt with from the company was a complete professional. Greg came in with a computer and printed out an estimate on the spot. He explained what some of the costs were for, and why the had to do repairs the way they did. When they scheduled to be here, they were here ON TIME and ready to work EVERY TIME. The work was done well and quickly. Any email was answered, usually within an hour, but always that day. I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

The only good thing they did was show up when we found water pouring from our ceiling in our kitchen. It took them 6 weeks after that just to finish putting up less than 150 feet of drywall in our ceilings which I had to then paint myself because they couldn’t find a painter. They then started quoting outrageous prices to replace our flooring, offering to install linoleum where we used to have wood flooring and then saying it’d be over $5000 extra on top of whatever linoleum would have cost for tile instead. And our ruined carpets that our insurance adjuster said had to be replaced? They were just going to throw new carpet padding and call it good. Maybe if you haven’t worked professional construction you wouldn’t care about this kind of bs they’re telling you, but it’s absolute garbage if they’re quoting you $5000 to remove a bathtub and install a shower when you can renovate an entire master bath for that much. Our floors that haven’t been replaced in over two months? I started on them myself with my tile guy this week and got them done in a week. Not 6 weeks. Not two months. A single week.

We had a toilet flood that ruined two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a hallway. We had Complete Restoration do both the mitigation and the restoration. There is an important aspect to their work that I'm very glad I had, but that I had no idea I wanted until I got it. That important aspect is this - when problems and snags came up, they worked with us with patience and understanding and did whatever was necessary to make things right. Whether it was a problem we created or a mistake made in the restoration, they always took the high road to get it right. I thought about it afterwards for quite some time. Of course there will be snags. Every construction project I've been a part of (granted, I have limited experience) has hiccups. So what is more important than having a team who is willing to do what it takes to get it right? Nothing! And that's Complete Restoration - especially Luke Collier. He was really great to work with. I'm sure there is no better adjuster to work with out there. The other aspects were great as well. The processes of working with insurance, carpet installers, paint suppliers, and hardware suppliers were all flawless. I'm grateful for the work they did in my house.

Throughout the process Ryan kept us informed of everything including what was being done, when things were being completed, as well as patiently explained any questions we had throughout this process. His crew was polite and never made the mess that I had previously anticipated. At first I thought everything was going to go well. They came in and tore everything out and looked like they were a good choice. I was wrong. They didn't do what they told me they were going to do and then it took 5-months for them to finally get things finished. An the only reason it got finished was due to my wife going out and finding the flooring herself and have some one come in and do the work. They forgot about us and gave us empty promises. The contractor they use tracked mud and paint on my hardwood floors and up the stairs when they went to use the rest room. Then Complete restoration wouldn't even come and clean up. My wife and I had to scrub the floors and our desk. They ruined our expensive monitor by dropping mud on it. I can go on and on and if anyone would like pictures of our horrible experience I would be happy to provide them. I WOULD NOT USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!

We had a fire in our kitchen. The damage was pretty contained yet some ash floated in the air and landed on some window sills in the connected open family room. The rep from Complete restoration walked around and suggested wiping down surfaces that were open to this area. Basically dusting with a wet rag. They also suggested wiping down the floor and walls. I asked about pricing and he told me that they would bill directly to our Insurance. This was my mistake. I should have asked for a bid up front. People they were just wiping the surface. There was no damage to these other areas. Not even from the smell of the smoke in the house. How much could it possibly cost to do that I thought? In my head I guessed around $500-$800 So, I agreed to let them come and and do this without receiving a bid up front. I would have done it myself or used my regular cleaning crew but the problem was I burned my right hand with 2nd degree burns trying to put out the fire and I knew I couldn't wipe down these areas on my own. It also happened to be the week of thanksgiving and we had guests over. So I agreed to let them come and wipe these areas down for me. I should mention my guests and own children cleaned up a lot before they even arrived the next day. So the next morning a bunch of kids showed up. They all seemed to be in their early to mid 20's They spent 3 hours one day and 5 hours the next day. They also had a guy come and clean our rug and upholstered dining chairs. I asked him his rates and he said the Rug was $90 and chairs were $12 each. I had 12 chairs cleaned. Based on his pricing and the hours spent i assumed their invoice to the insurance company would come in around $800 or so. Boy was I wrong. People, they billed over $4,000 for basically 8-10 hours of work. Are you kidding me? I complained and all they told me was this was industry standard and that they would be happy to sit down with me an explain it to me. I felt taken advantage of. The services they provided did not justify the rates and fees they charged. I don't care if this is industry standard. They spent up to 10 hours people basically dusting with a wet rag. I am in the wrong business.

We used Complete Restoration for a basement flood and due to paying ourselves rather than our insurance company working with them, we had some special requests we made along the way. From the initial estimate, to the repair, rebuild, and final cleaning, everyone we worked with was first class. Seeing our newly finished basement covered in water and part of it ruined after it flooded, I was bracing myself for the worst. Right when he came out to examine the flood, Greg, who managed the rebuild project, did an awesome job of explaining what would happen to get everything restored and when it would happen. It put my mind at ease during what probably should have been a much more stressful time. In my mind, there are two parts of the restoration process. First, is the physical rebuild and making everything physically whole. The second is the customer service along the way. In regards to making everything whole, our basement looks great, you literally can't tell a difference between how it looked before and how it does now that it's restored. They matched the exact trim, carpet pad, etc. that we had in there. In regards to the customer service, they were onsite within 40 mins of me calling them after the flood, were punctual every time they came, and responsive to questions throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them to someone else.

Terrible. Whatever you do, dont tell them you are calling your insurance company to fix the repairs. Get a bid for all work as if you were paying out of pocket, before the work begins. As soon as they find out insurance is paying they double the price. They tried to charge me $34 a square foot for the exact same tile I was able to buy on Wayfair for $29 a square foot. They claimed that was their contractor pricing. Turns out the actual contractors price was $13 a square foot. I have had them do two jobs and their price on both was outrageous. BEWARE!! Have them give you a bid first!!

This is my first Google review, I'm writing it because I'm so satisfied with this company! We called in when oro washing machine flooded and in our BRAND NEW HOUSE! We were upset and panicking. When we called, Ryan came over immediately at 9:00 at night. His crew arrived shortly after and worked until 1:00 in the morning to drain the water out of our baseboards, carpets, walls, tile, and ceiling. They were courteous, professional, and hardworking. Over the next week Ryan sent guys over to monitor the water drying. Once it was dry, he sent crews over to redo dry wall, carpets, and baseboards. When you see a couple of inches of water on your basement floor and you don't know where to go for help...first call your neighbor with a wet vac then call Complete Restoration. Complete Restoration showed up quicker than they expected to. Their crew was professional and sympathetic about the unfortunate flood. They did high quality work and were willing to work with us on the cost since our insurance wouldn't cover any of the damage. Not everyone has an amazing neighbor with a wet vac but everyone can call Complete Restoration!

Absolutely the best company I've ever dealt with, an employee named Lucas Collier came out the same day that we had a leak all the way to West Jordan to give me a quote, contacted my insurance for me and submitted the quote and was available the very next day to have someone get started on getting our repairs fixed!! We had a MAJOR water leak in our house while we were on vacation when we got back we called them and they came out right which was great but since then it takes them 2 weeks to tear out the kitchen, bathroom and living room and two weeks later they still haven't come in to replace the flooring. I'm sorry but I work in the construction field and it doesn't take that a month for 1 to tear out carpet, flooring, cabinets etc.. and to replace it. I would never recommend them to anyone. Complete Restoration my advice dont take on more work you can't handle!!!!

Thank you Complete Restoration! These guys were FANTASTIC! I will recommend them to everyone now. My basement rental unit flooded during a flash flood in Orem recently. I have never used Complete Restoration before, but seeing their good reviews, I decided to try them. I am so glad I called these guys! Greg Prusak from the company arrived at my property approximately 30 minutes after I called them around 8pm that day, and he got right to work getting the flood waters sucked out and ripping up carpet, and stuff in preparation for airing/drying the place out. After about a week of letting the unit dry out, they promptly started the process of repairs to the unit. I was happy with how fast they were able to do everything. Greg Prusak, the project manager, was exceptional in his customer service, prompt email/text replies, and simply had great communication not only with me, but with my tenants! My tenants said the workmanship of the work that was done was superb, and I agree. I can’t even tell the place was flooded out! I will say it wasn’t without a couple hiccups, though. My tenants complained to me about how the workers that did some of the repair work were often late or didn’t show up to a couple times they were supposed to arrive. My tenants also complained about the messiness of the workers, and how they didn’t clean up or tidying up at the end of the day. That’s the only thing. The price quoted for the flood repair was around what I was expecting it to cost. Floods are an absolute nightmare, but these guys made is SO much easier on me. Thank you!

I was really not impressed. I suspected my home had mold so I called them to take a look. We scheduled an appointment and I took off time from work to be there. At the time of the appointment, they called and said they were running late. An hour later they called and said they would not be able to come until two days later. When they finally did come, they didn't even do a visual inspection, they just took three air samples and left. It took about a week and several phone calls to get my results, which gave me numbers, but no interpretation of numbers, and no indication of where the mold actually is. I'm basically at square one still, but $300 poorer.
