I was moving out of an apartment and had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. After asking around to multiple businesses for quotes, All Clean was the cheapest for the highest quality. I'm a broke college student, so initially opted for All Clean for their price point. Absolutely no regrets! Josh was totally professional and helpful. He contacts you the day before your appointment to confirm, and also contacts you 20 minutes before he arrives so you're prepared. Him and his guys are quick and thorough, and (most importantly), my gross, dinghy carpet looked literally brand new! Seriously, go with All Clean. Josh doesn't try to push any additional services on you (I had several companies try to get me to buy $100 deodorizing treatments and the like), there's no needless email/phone spam like larger companies often have, and there are no hidden fees (had a company say they would need to charge me $50 more for having to go up stairs!).

From past experience, I knew that "black feet" after getting carpets cleaned meant that the residues from the products were still in my carpet. Not wanting this, I was looking on line for "no rez" carpet cleaners. Originally, I had another company in mind, but after reading reviews about terrible customer service, I changed my search. I found All Clean Carpet Care and saw that it had wonderful reviews. Everyone raved about Josh, the owner/technician and how prompt and thorough he was. I took a chance and called. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. He came when he said he would. He did everything he said he'd do. No extra charges. I like how he charged by square footage of a room so my tiny guest bedroom was only considered "half" room, Josh was everything everyone raved about. My carpets still look great three weeks later. He even cleaned an upholstered chair I had bought used and made it look new again....and he only charged $25 since he was already there doing the carpets. I will DEFINITELY use this company again and highly recommend to you. P.S. I'm going to have them clean my kitchen tile grout in little while. They do that too!

Like us, they are perfectionists and take great pride in not only the work they do but the impression they leave as well. I was listing my house for sale and talking to my realtor three days before an open house. He highly recommended we hire someone to clean carpets and tile if possible. Also, I didn't want to pay for our master bedroom closet to get cleaned but they cleaned half of it anyways. They were all so nice. When I last had my carpets cleaned by a different business a new yellow spot popped up. All Clean Carpet Care did their best to remove the spot and surprisingly they did for the most part! They did a follow up text to see how the carpets were and I mentioned the spot came back a little - not bad at all but Josh still replied "No that can't happen on my shift". Explained why the spot could have popped up and said he wanted to come back at no extra charge to put some other product on it. The spot is gone! I plan to use them again and refer them to anyone.

Very pleased with my experience with all clean. I called two minutes before they closed on a Saturday night and they answered the phone like it was no big deal. I needed the carpet cleaned as soon as possible and they were able to come out the next day! I was so impressed with Josh. He was quick, efficient, and very nice. Josh was amazing. The first time I ever called him, it was an emergency situation. My dogs had been sick, and my carpets were a mess! He squeezed me in between 2 other appointments, cleaned and sanitized my carpet, and it looked perfect. He was extremely professional and offered recommendations to help my carpet last longer.
