Mainly because I was very concerned about my sons allergy to dogs and we just bought a house from owners that had dogs. Price was great too! Will use A Spotless Carpet Cleaning over and over again.

My carpets hadn't been cleaned in 4 years (too long, I know!), and my basement had just been finished, so we were worried about all the dust and dirt in the air ducts. I called at 6:00 a.m. in the morning not expecting help the same day & service tech arrived at 8:30. Pulled carpet out, removed pad, extracted water & sanitized. Cost was very affordable. Aside from being a bit wordy and mildly pushy, from what I can tell, ASCC did a good job cleaning the carpets as part of my house rental move-out requirement. I found out about ASCC from a site that recommends several cleaning companies and they were one of the two highest rated. I went with ASCC because they were the first to answer their phone when I called to make an appointment. Up until this point, I have not personally paid for a carpet cleaning service but, their prices seemed comparable to the other high customer rated company. Also, the owner took extra time and effort to tackle some of the tougher stains.

I just recently had my carpets cleaned by another company that was listed on the top of on of the local business website and the carpets looked still very soiled when they were done. I hired a Spotless carpet cleaning and the were very thorough every small spots and they did very good job, I never thought I will get my carpet cleaned like that with reasonable charge. I can see why this guys have over 14 five stars reviews on the Google and over 90 five stars on the other website, for sure because of the awesome job. Great work. Tan microfiber sofa and loveseat with tons of stains from 5 little kids. No telling what was all on them, but it's not there anymore. He took time to spot clean deep stains and then went over them again after he cleaned the couches just to make sure they were perfect. Love my couches, they look new again.

A Carpet Cleaning has done my carpets for over 15 years. I have Aways enjoyed working with Tom. I get beautiful results he pays special attention to detail. My high traffic area looked amazing. He was able to get out gum and red juice stains out of my daughters room. He also cleaned my air ducts. I especially appreciated his honesty when he only charged me for 14 vents instead of the 15 of which I thought I had. My carpets look great without them using aggressive chemicals.

Tom was absolutely a dream to work with. My husband and I lived in Utah for a year, and honestly, most of the costumer care (whether it be retail, cars, restaurants) that we had received was pretty terrible. Coming from Phoenix, we are used to a higher standard of customer care I guess. Tom, on the other hand, was super easy, fast, and professional to work with. He is a small business owner and I could tell he is a family man, which is great. He called me within 5 minutes of inquiring about his work, and was really upfront and honest about the job. Within those few minutes, he gave me an estimate and honored it. Our house is actually going through a sale right now and he was kind enough to lock up for us and was really quite flexible, AND TRUSTWORTHY (which I've always worried about). Tom cleaned the HEATING DUCT and was so honest and said that one of the heating duct he couldn't do ( vent had a edge he couldn't reach) so he took money off the original price he told me which was $45, So I could save money. Took the time and was thoro with every step he was doing and pricing. HE will for sure have a repeat customer from us. Carpets looks better then the last company I hired. About a year ago I hire somebody to clean my carpets in my house after they finish it looked the same and the guy said that my carpet was damaged and there was nothing they could do on the best thing to do was to replace it so I was very disappointed and decided to change my carpet with laminate floor but with no budget to do that I had to hire another carpet cleaner and I chose this time"A spotless carpet cleaning" I called Tom and he sent Vince . He came and look at my carpets it had eyeliner pink lipstick gum Play-Doh and really bad stains he applied is spot removal and after his hard work professional and fast my carpets looked like new it was amazing their job the professionalism how Tom contacted me and keep me updated about what time they were going to arrive at my house I will definitely keep this company forever and I will recommend it to anybody and price-wise was very affordable very happy thank you so much Tom and Vince for the great job!!!!

I found Tom at A Spotless Carpet Cleaning by googling carpet cleaning in Utah. There was a site with 10 best carpet cleaning companies in Utah, and Spotless Carpet Cleaning was on there. I contacted several different carpet cleaning companies and before talking to Tom. Not only did he have the best quote, he also was the easiest to work with. I had only one day that I could get my carpets cleaned before another tenant moved in, and Tom was able to squeeze it in. The carpets looked fantastic. There was a couple of areas that were really worn down and dirty; but, after Tom cleaned it, it looked just as clean as the rest of the place. I had two separate people see it after and both commented on how terrific the carpets looked. I plan to use A Spotless Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

To be honest, I would've given a 4 star review, but the customer service is some of the best I've experienced. The 4 star would be because I felt my carpet cleaning was a bit rushed, was told it would take an hour and a half, but he was done in 35 min. Also, the stairs had "browning" stains come back after they had dried, which if a little more time was spent, might not have had the problem come back? Anyway, the 5 stars... I had contacted them about my stairs and how they looked. They said a technician could be out the same day, later in the afternoon. As promised, the tech was out, addressed the stairs with no issue or blaming something else. These guys surely stand behind their guarantee and are very honest. I'll be using them again for other carpet cleaning needs .

I was trying to do my best as a renter by making the home I left a home for someone else. Vince not only pulled the stains he was unsure of out, he made the space new again. Tom not only followed up, but was kind. I don't write reviews unless something extraordinary happened, and the work done, is. They're not kidding when they say their work is guaranteed. I vacillated at first, but WOW. As they pull up you see on the side of the door "We don't cut corners, we clean them" and I was doubtful until they made that true. Worth each and every penny.

Tom (the owner) and Jason came out and cleaned our carpets. Their scheduling was flexible and convenient, they arrived on time, and did a thorough job. Attention to detail was exceptional, including the use of corner protectors (to prevent hoses from damaging corners as they moved throughout the house). Both Tom and Jason took time to answer questions we had about the process. Their prices were less than other quotes we obtained, yet the work was superior. We will definitely use A Spotless Carpet Cleaning again!
