We called SERVPRO to help us eliminate the smell of cigarette smoke from our home, clean the carpets and dryer vent. From the beginning everyone we spoke to and worked with was professional and knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted. Tammy came to our house to discuss our needs and explain everything they could do to help us. Aidan and Leroy did the work on our home. They cleaned all the vents, and air ducts, dryer vent, and performed an ozone treatment. They explained everything they did and were very patient with questions we had as they worked. The work was excellent. We no longer have the smell of smoke in our home and my dryer is working well again. We are very pleased with the results and have already recommended SERVPRO to others.

Tammy responded to any questions very quickly, even on weekends. The pack out team, led by Lida, was efficient and thorough. When we got home two months later, the demoed house was clean and secure. I hope we never need their services again, but they made the whole process easy and worry free. I wouldn't call on anyone else.

I've had ServPro San Marcos out to my office building for different services. I'm always impressed with them. Most recently they came for a carpet clean and the process was seamless. Scheduling over the phone with Sandra was very easy. Tammy came out the next business day for an estimate and was very quick. Then the following day Rick & Derrick came out to provide the actual service. They did a very good job and even paid extra attention to some spots we had in the carpet without being asked. Overall great job and very efficient!

I could heap buckets of praise like the buckets of water that overflowed from my broken water heater in the attic for the incredible jobs they performed when my house flooded while I was at work! Tammy arrived soon after my call and helped explain the water removal/restoration process and document damage; she was so patient. Jeff, Anthony, and Joseph were there late into the night, into the wee hours of the next morning setting up the equipment. They returned daily to monitor and move equipment to ensure drying was proceeding. They did such an excellent job with restoration that I chose them for a secondary job related to the repair process. In addition to these wonderful, hard-working, patient folks, Helen, in the office was great at explaining the billing process. It's reassuring when you're in a homeowner crisis to have such capable people to help! I highly recommend ServPro of San Marcos/New Braunfels and their staff.

SERVPRO was on site within an hour of our phone call and worked with our staff over the weekend to get everything cleaned up and ready for doors to open on time the next Monday morning. They even went above and beyond cleaning the tile floors that were covered in dust and shampooing the carpets that had taken on water, because they understand that appearances matter and that was one less thing the staff had to worry about. Their timing, project management and customer service were impeccable. The crew that arrived were quick, efficient, courteous and compassionate to my overwhelmed state. I know the owners of this Servpro that service our area and they are well respected in the community. Never thought I would need their services, but I am grateful for it firsthand. They came daily for nearly a week, to monitor the fans and dehumidifiers for the moisture status. Each day they were on time and explained things well. I hope to never have this experience again, but I would highly recommend them if needed.

We have used Servpro for many years for normal carpet cleaning. They always have done excelkent work. So, last week, when a small bathroom leak over night soaked into bedroom carpet and under a wall into the laundry room, we knew that Servpro was who we had to call. Actually, at first I thought I can take care of this myself. Mop up with a bunch of old towels and turn the ceiling fan on high and it'll be dry tommoro, right? Wrong, it was stll damp and starting to smell really bad. Time for professionals with the right tools. The Servpro team of Jeff, Anthony, and Kyle came in with plenty of powerful fans, dehumidifiers, and more. Over the next two days they came back to monitor the progress, They were able save the carpet and all we needed to replace was the damaged padding and some base boards. The guys were courteous, friendly and hard working. Thanks Servpro for a job well done!

I recently had smoke damage to my home and hired Servpro from San Marcos. I was very reluctant after a family member shared their experience with a Servpro location around the Houston area and wasn't pleased with the results. But, my mom had used the San Marcos location before and they had done an outstanding job so we hired them for my house. From the get go, Servpro was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire cleaning process. They worked for about a week at my house and did an outstanding job. There was a small hick up with our bill once the work was finished but they got it corrected right away and were very nice about it. Throughout the entire project, they were easy to work with and helpful when something was needed. I would highly recommend this location.
