Servpro came to our home in Wisconsin all the way from Texas to help us after we had a water pipe break and flooding in our basement due to the 50 degrees below zero temps that we had here. The crew was very friendly, informative and got our basement dried up fast so that we could get our home back to normal! They had to travel to our house with fog, wind, cold, freezing rain, and snow! After experiencing water damage from the recent storms on Father's day, we contacted ServPro. What could have been an unpleasant experience, turned out to be very positive. Our technician, Dakota, was professional as well as very thorough. He did an excellent job of setting up containment before removing the water damaged wall. He was very diligent in keeping our home free of contaminates by removing the debris through a window. It took almost a week to fully dry the wall but Dakota was always on time each day to check the progress. His knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional which alleviated my anxiousness over the damage. I would highly recommend ServPro for any restoration project you may have!

Every person that I interacted with, from Misty at the office...Jeremy and Zack on the scary first day of the "attic flood" and Mike, then Ryan and trainee AAron, then Zack and Jesse ( trainee 2) on the final day...were polite, knowledgable and reasuring. This is our first time experiencing any severe water damage due to an toilet. Called and with in 15 minutes the owner showed up to our home and started the process and had his crew there within the hour. Pulled up all wet carpet padding, laminate and hauled it away for us. They also communicate with the insurance company on their end and so far I’ve only had to deal with my adjuster once. So greatful they had 22+ fans drying & humidifiers in my home for 5 days to take all the moisture out of my home!!
