Expensive rug was scheduled to be delivered between 8-10am. Technician arrives at 5pm in old lawn truck with rug tied up in the back even though it was raining that day. After he left, I ran my shark vacuum over it and pulled up two full containers of dirt. Not sure what exactly they cleaned for $168 + tax. Seems they were more focused on a germicide then actually cleaning the rug. Never again.

They took 3 of my rugs, kept them for over 2 months, when I called some times they didn't even know where my rugs were. After they brought them back(supposedly cleaned) I wasn't able to unroll them to put them back down right away. When I did they had never been cleaned, they still had dog feces & urine on them & smelled--outrageous. I consider them liars & cheats would never trust them & suggest you check right away before they leave after delivery.

Biggest crooks in the industry they do such a horrible job and then add all kinds of additional fees on top of the fees that they charge in the beginning not only that they come with standard ridgid vacuum cleaners and all they do is suck it like nothing with in an hour the guy was done and we agreed on $400 then try to charge me close to $500 when my brother in law came he told me he paid only $300 and the guys had proper machines. that actually went into the vent and took before and after pictures the guy that worked here even asked me for a tip saying that hes only been working here for 6 months since he got out of jail he had to provide for his kids while he was doing the job he was using foul language on the phone with his girl friend in front of my little children stay away from these people by all means

Kiwi services came out and cleaned my air ducts after I had major remodeling done in half of my house. Tommy was on time, professional, worked quietly and very efficiently. Once completed the air felt cleaner and the house less stuffy. I had also requested an estimate for getting my hardwood floors & tile floors cleaned scrubbed (contractors are very messy) and not only did Tommy give it to in writing on the spot but it was followed up by a letter in the mail with an additional discount for being a prior customer. Life happens and I was unable to get the work completed in the offer period in the letter BUT when I called to get the work scheduled and they graciously extended a similar offer to me and I am looking forward to them returning to complete the floors next week. Kiwi will be my go to when it comes to air duct & floor cleaning from this point forward.

The customer service has yet to get in touch with my husband as he has tried to speak to someone and they were suppose to call back and fail to do so. I will never recommend this company . Stay away if you can. I had a grout cleaning service done by this company. I was not satisfied with the service. They tried to come out a couple of times and try to make it right but could not. So they agreed to a partial refund. I got the email stating "Thank you for your follow up call on Saturday. Upon review of the photos we received from service provided, this does meet our standards, as well as industry standards for tile and grout cleaning services. We will process a $150 refund as a customer care gesture to keep you as a Kiwi customer, and I was able to confirm the refund in the amount of $150 will be mailed within thirty days of resolution date, which would put us about the first week of April". Rachel Magee. This was sent to me on March 19th. After this, there was no refund issued. I called them about 10 times from April to June and I was always told that the supervisor is the only one who can answer about the status of the refund and that she would call back. I kept calling and it is now almost 3 months and no sight of the refund. I have not dealt with someone so unprofessional and trying to doge a $150 refund for a service which was worth 5 times that. They run the business like a local shady contractor and not like a reputable company. I'd never hire them again and I recommend the same to anyone considering to hire them.

Didn’t like the company, the guy came out and tried to overcharge us. My wife talked over the phone with someone and they quoted us $140 for 2 rooms and stairs. The gentleman who showed up then tried to charge us $250 for some “special” pet treatment. I understand maybe a pet treatment is extra, but when my wife mentioned our pet problem on the phone, the man still assured us it would be $140. Surprise charges are never a good thing. The second red flag was this guy asked to use our vacuum to clean up because his machine wasn’t working. Then all he did was spray some water or some shampoo that didn’t make a difference and then got a buffer. I thought he was going to bring out a reliable looking machine but when I saw only a buffer, I told him to cancel the appointment before it got any further . The guy who came out was actually really respectful and nice, I liked him, My problem wasn’t the guy who came out, it was the company in general, giving out bad equipment to its employees. To be honest, the only reason we called this company was because we couldn’t find the other one who did our carpet a year ago for $100 for two rooms AND stairs. He cleaned everything with an actual cleaning machine that had vapor and spray steamed. It was the whole nine yards.

This is a total scam, KIWI clearly subs this work out and beat up old trucks show up at your house with workers in plain clothes and no professional uniform. In addition, they try to over charge! Do not use! I kicked him out not long after I realized it was a scam and thank goodness too cuz the tiny 5X5 area he did do messed up my carpet. Since I have posted this, I can say that Kiwi has apologized and made efforts to change.

Kiwi Services is great!!. The staff is always pleasant and willing to assist. The services offered are affordable and unmatchable by other carpet cleaning services. Believe me, I have tried other carpet cleaning services but returned to Kiwi Services. What I like the most is the fact that they don't saturate your carpet with solution that takes hours/days to dry. I highly recommend.

Poor Customer Service experience. After scheduling a time for a cleaning between 2-4pm and receiving four different calls between 1:30-6pm to state that the technician would be late... to a technician hasn’t yet been assigned...etc. etc is completely unacceptable! Why have a 2 hour window when you’ll be two hours later? Or why not give customers a more realistic time frame? Had I know this is how Kiwi does business I could have easily gone with another company. Calling to voice my concern or speak to someone in management was usesless. I got excuses from people in call center (Josh and Martin) who stated the manager likely won’t respond back anytime soon because they’re busy doing payroll...??? My advice to consumers - Stick with the smaller family owned businesses who will always value you as a customer. These larger compnanies could care less!!

My bathroom, closet and part of my bedroom flooded. I had to have new carpet pad installed, and I booked Kiwi to come out. I called all day today, to check on the status. At 1 pm, I was told that a tech had not yet been dispatched. Then I was told at 330 that they called Dispatch but could not get an ETA out here. Then I was told at 5 pm, by Lisa, a smart a&& , that they would not be here within my time frame that I chose - 4pm to 6 pm, so I hung up and called back demanding to speak to a supervisor, and some man said he ran dispatch, was sending his guy and he would be here by 6 - 6:15. Now, I had a remedial company come and put fans and dehumidifiers, and enzymes, and bacteria spray, then the carpet people who put the pad down, also put a barrier down. This yahoo clown shows up, RUDER THAN EVER, banging on my glass part of my very nice door, and walks in, smelling so bad....like cigarettes and sweat, with dirty shoes on, and I show him what I need done...a closet, and about 45 sq inches cleaned. This person, tells me WHAT I HAVE TO LET THEM DO...He said it would be 311 dollars, and that I had to let them do what they say...I said, NO I am the customer, it doesnt work that way. He said well then I wont do it, and I said well get the hell out of my house. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE , RECOMMEND OR CALL KIWI, IF THEY WERE THE LAST CARPET CLEANERS ON EARTH. I went and bought my own carpet cleaner machine, and did it myself. Shame on you KIWI, you lost a good customer. ZERO from the get go.

Area rugs were picked up, well cleaned, and returned quickly. Will definitely use them again both for home and work. An update - they had offered me a discount on my next service to write this review. I did have a good experience with them previous times, however this time they called me during our scheduled appointment to confirm for the same time the next day. I had taken off of work to meet them and was going to be out of town the following day. This was just to pick up area rugs and would have taken 10 minutes. I let him know I could be there all day that day but was not available the next day. He said he would see if they could come later and then called back two minutes latet to try and confirm the next day again. At that point I cancelled completely and will try a different company.

Rude customer service, horrible service. We are extremely unsatisfied with the service Kiwi provided to us. After first service, the floor got sticky, slippery and grout colors patchy (dark brown is some areas, cream color is some areas, and white in others). During the service, even though it was promised the furniture would be moved by the technician, they expected my wife to move them, which put her in unsafe condition as the floor was slippery (it is funny, the technician himself is wearing special shoes to protect himself against slipping but the customer is supposed to help in that unsafe condition!) The technician was also rude and condescending when told not to go on the carpet with his shoes. He also messed with our security system without getting permission! We asked for quality inspector to find out why floor is sticky and grout color patchy and dark brown in many areas, but instead got someone that constantly says he doesn't know what has happened as he wasn't there, "but I have never seen something like this". Keep in mind, this is the second full day we have had to take off from work for this "service". So the floor was "cleaned" again with NO improvements. Again, my wife was asked to move the furniture on the slippery floor, in unsafe conditions. Another issue during the second visit was technician's awkward comments and questions about our security system, which has raised security concerns about our house. We asked for quality inspector again, and finally got it. After his visit, he admitted 1: floor is sticky, 2: grout original color is cream and dark brown is not normal. He also stated that the areas that the grout is white, it is the residue of cleaning material left behind. He said he will share his report with us and his supervisor and we will be contacted for a full refund. That was over a month ago. Since then I have called them numerous times to follow up and I have always heard that someone will get back with me.

Service technician came to look at our job where we needed a transition between some newly installed tile and carpet. Tech clearly didn’t want to do the job making excuses. We suggested that he cut back a foot and patch in a section of new carpet so he could to the wrap under and tack down to make a smooth transition between carpet and tile. He gave us the estimate and then said he had to go since he had already been there for an hour and hadn’t made any money and that he had other jobs to do. He refused the work, left and told us to contact the sales dept. We contacted them right after and he apparently lied to his service manager saying that he couldn’t do the job to our satisfaction because of the 3rd party tile installer. Which is complete BS. He clearly didn’t want to do the work. The service tech was a guy named Tracy. They have lost my business for life. Don’t use them if you value your time.

Very mixed experiences with Kiwi. Last month, we scheduled a hardwood cleaning service for one room of our house. The technician was on-time, professional, and thorough. We paid the agreed-upon price and went our separate ways. This month, we needed a similar service in a different room. We got a quote, then a tech was scheduled for the following day. He no-showed. Figured it was a fluke since our first tech was so great. Rescheduled, only to be met with a different tech the second time, who was several hours late and quoted us $100 more than the previous tech, although we tried to explain what the previous tech had said. He left without providing the service. We rescheduled again, this time with the promise that a service would be done. We were given a three hour time window and this third tech arrived thirty minutes early, stayed the fifteen minutes into the window he was allowed, and left when no one came to meet him. Keep in mind that our previous tech (the second one) was several hours late, so at this point we didn't have a lot of trust in the timeliness of Kiwi's technicians. I rescheduled for a third time today - hopefully fourth time is the charm? I do want to commend one of the schedulers, Carl, for being patient and understanding through the whole process. I spoke with a number of reps over the past two weeks, and he was the most sincere in trying to help rectify the issue. Although we didn't come to a mutually agreeable decision, I recognized that he was trying his best with a frustrated customer, and that type of service shouldn't go unnoticed. My three star review is for the confusing mixture of good/timely service, miscommunication, and customer service we received.

I had four area rugs cleaned. Kiwi techs picked up the rugs, were pleasant and on time, and then helped lay them back in their proper settings when they returned with them. Clean and fresh and no stains or odors. Had such a good experience that we are using the service again both for the rugs (we have dogs, so rug cleaning is a regular occurrence) and for duct cleaning.

The quote this company gives are not accurate they quoted me for stair case and a game room for 135 my stairs had stains I specifically told the person on the phone the stains where from dirt nothing major and he said the quote included stain removal. But when the tech gets here he ends up bumping up the price to 260 which was twice of what they originally had said. The guy ended up lowering the price to 220 and I agreed. The job was okay. I recommend you get different quotes from different companies before paying more. I still believe I could of paid less for a decent job.

I’ve never posted a poor review on any company or services, but if I can help someone else avoid my unfortunate experience then so be it: Several days ago I had Kiwi clean three pieces of upholstery, clean tile floors/ grout in one bathroom and laundry room, and was up-sold a service to clean and buff high traffic areas on hardwoods. Upholstery work was marginal at best. I wound up pulling my sofa cushions covers off to clean them myself after being told they wouldn’t come clean; yeah, they did. Hardwoods weren’t vacuumed after the machine cleaning left dirt and debris; guess who cleaned up after the cleaner? Yep, that would be me as well. Thanks to Kiwi I now have approx. 30% of tile grout missing in my laundry room. When I contacted Kiwi regarding the damage I was told I have a grout problem, not their problem. Finally, when I discussed my unhappiness with the technician I was told that when reported, damages would come out of his pay. Really? The lack of accountability is simply unacceptable & disappointing. Thinking of using Kiwi? Please reconsider.

**WARNING** GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE This outfit is poorly organized and has a serious disconnect between customer service, management, and the actual service providers. I scheduled a cleaning and no one showed up. The next day they explained they called a different number. I set the appointment up using my phone. I confirmed the day before. My ringer was on. I waited. Nothing. They're excuse oriented instead of solution oriented. There are a TON of carpet cleaners out there. Do not WASTE YOUR TIME with Kiwi. This company is a joke.

What I like about Kiwi Service is they buff the carpet clean which leave the carpet clean and fluffy after it dry. The first time I scheduled services they did not show up on time - and were rescheduled several times and finally had to be rescheduled for the next day when the technician arrived and found his machine not working. Giving the benefit of doubt that things happen went along with it BUT A year later - same thing again - rescheduled them to come out today and were given a 3hr window of arrival from 2-5pm and once again no technician with a call at 6pm that it will have to be rescheduled for the next day with only a “so sorry”. I wasted my entire day - first in the morning picking everything up from the floor and vacuuming the entire home to get it ready for dry cleaning - now I have to take everything off the bed so we can sleep the night and then tomorrow pick everything up yet again

The tech was over 2 hours late (past the window) for the initial appointment. Our pet odor wasn’t fully removed despite paying substantially more for the odor removal fee. The tech was unable to come on the day of the scheduled second visit and canceled last minute. While rescheduling the second visit, Eileen with their customer service team was rude and lacked the appropriate level of sympathy. I would advise people to go with another company if you want to avoid a very frustrating situation.

***CAUTION*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. My Wife scheduled an appointment with this company last Saturday on 24th. They were due to arrive between 12 and 3pm. Never showed. She received a call around 4 advising that they where sorry and had to cancel. She then rescheduled for the following Saturday 31st of Aug between noon and 3pm again. 4:30 rolled around and no one showed up, and this time no phone call either. We tried to talk with a customer service manager but of course there was no one that could talk to us. We did talk to scheduling rep and their excuse this time is they where over booked because it was a holiday but last weekend was not a holiday. Will never do business with this company, it’s obvious they do not have their scheduling shit together and sure do not appreciate my time being wasted.

Update: I am changing my review to 3 star based solely on how they handled my complaint. Kiwi contacted me and worked to make the situation right. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and willingness to address the issue. I will give them another try in the future. Original Post: They brought my rug back and it looks like they literally just vacuumed it. There is no way they cleaned it at all. My rug is supposed to be white....as you can see in the image, it's not. Plus it took them almost a month to get me the rug back! What a rip-off. If they couldn't clean it, they needed to call and be honest. Instead they bring it to you, have you sign the receipt first, and then bring it in the house. Very shady business practices.

I wrote a review earlier about how wonderful Kiwi Services is. In the past, they've shown up on time and cleaned my carpets really nicely. Unfortunately, today no one bothered to call or show up during the 3 hour appointment window to clean my carpets. The customer service rep was apologetic and offered to reschedule but with no discounts. I probably will not use Kiwi Services in the future. I don't want to risk waiting 3 hours again and not have anyone show up. Very disappointing.

Warning! I hired Kiwi Services to clean our upholstered furniture. The product used by their contracted technician left stains on my furniture. He stated that the discoloration would go away when it was dry but this was not the case. Kiwi customer service scheduled two separate appointments for their manager to come look at our furniture but the manager did not call or show up for either appointment. I was then informed via email that a manager was not coming out, they would not clean my furniture nor refund my money. It was a total loss for me. I hired another company and they saved the day. They were able to remove the residue left by Kiwi and my furniture looks like new!!

Initially gave a quote to do a carpet cleaning however there are some tough stains to get out so I get the extra cost however it's double what I expected to pay. I will NEVER use Kiwi Services again. I debated about giving them a bad review, but now they've shown me that they're not to be trusted. We paid to have our sectional cleaned a month and a half ago. The technician was nice, but he spot cleaned (even though I paid to have the whole thing cleaned) and left behind dirt and water stains. I called and they offered a free "redo." The next technician was extremely unprofessional I from the moment he stepped in my door. He was very late with no mention of it, very defensive about the other techs work and clearly did not want to do the work. After letting him know that I felt that way and he was free to leave, he changed his tune. When my couch dried it was much better, but there were still some areas that had the dirt stains and almost looked worse than before they came (my sectional is light colored, but there were no major stains). After all of this, I thought it was only fair to get a partial refund, because they didn't complete the job. The manager that contacted me was very nice and offered the partial refund plus a free carpet clean. She told me the refund would take 4-8 business days. Come to find out it's actually 4-6 weeks! Here we are, 5 weeks later and we still haven't received it. How long does it take to create and mail a check?! We've called twice to find out when it would be mailed and they always apologize and promise a new date and then they don't deliver. We may have to take legal action. Never again!
