pros and cons good place fr those seeking part time work but that all depends on location youre asign to i speak from personal experience i use to work at bank of america down town sanantonio branch fr iss house keeping ive seen many employees come and go all to often most after only 2 days all for bogus reasons the main office does nothing for the housekeeping staff not once did any administrators ever conduct any manditory unanouced visits as its a good thing to do especialy if youre an administrator in charge of many contracts administracion always seem to take the word of their supervisors rather then invistigate things perhaps it could be the administrators themselves are so afraid of their underlinks that the can not do their duties by invistigating things sure many complaints have been presented to iss main office at speed way sa tx but all theyve goten from administracion is the will look into it amd 15 minutes ltr isidro will call and state ive spoken to Delicia Ayala and shes explained you are giving false complaints and theres nothing i can do is this justice for an employee no still many have lost thier jobs and those who remain keep silent out of fear of losing thier jobs and yet the administrators do not do a thing to invistage this iblnstead they take the word of a supervisor who she herself is seldomly at work but as long as she has the codes to the time clock she can manipulate things on the system and give herself credit for hours she was not even at work while cheating employees out of thier hard earned pay in addicion Delicia herself has her own indiscresions witha fello supervisor joe many have knowlege of her sexual indiscresions on the 4 level parking area at bank of america but the moment this happens she will knowingly and willingly begin her little critisism twards the one who witnessed her on thier job its her little way of agraviting them enough to make them walk out then she will turn things around and the administrative office will take her side she remains to continue her sexual encounters with joe and continues to over work her employees and not once doing her part to help when they are short handed any one who applies at iss beware for if they asign you to bank of america sanantonio tx down town branch you will see first hand how badly things are there and administrators like isidro realy do not care n always take Delicias side

Great place to work as a salaried employee if you don't mind 60+ hour work weeks, being on call 24/7 and basically giving your life up for them, along with ridiculous insurance out-of-pocket expenses. Corporate makes changes that considerably reduce productivity - because you have to spend 4 hours following up on things that could take you a whole 10 minutes to do. The harder you work, the more they give you - while upper management lines their pockets and goes on golf outings. Do not recommend. Would give negative stars if allowable.

Went for a job interview. The facility was nice and clean. Everyone that I met and spoke with was friendly and polite. All of the employee's desks and workstations looked nice. Seems like a cool place to work.

Don't work here you get treated like nothing and low pay and they hate you when it comes to benefits and every employee complains about every thing if you talk to them they complain the work place is a bunch of little kids in adult bodies.
