Utilized their duct cleaning service because we just renovated our home and have bad allergies which of course they claimed their service would greatly reduce. From the moment the technician and his assistant stepped into my home I was uneasy, they had no badges or anything signifying that they were employed by Dalworth they didn’t go over the process or procedure in regards to what they were to be doing in my home and then the technicians assistant left to use our bathroom for nearly a half hour?!?! Then they said that the hose they use wasn’t long enough so they needed to go out the window in mind you 30 degree weather. They were supposed to clean each and every return vent that didn’t happen, to be honest I’m not really sure what happened if they did anything at all they are supposed to show you a before and after picture of your vents and I guess that’s what the technician showed me on his poorly light cellphone. What’s most alarming about all of this is I’ve made Dalworth aware of all this and all they’ve stated is “Well we can try again if you’d like?” I don’t think so, so if you’re in the market for duct cleaning steer clear of Dalworth you won’t regret it.

We paid for The Premium carpet cleaning service expecting all furniture to be moved and cleaned behind and under it. Dalworth did not explain that only average size furniture would be moved and they determine what is average. A night stand, lamp basically furniture under 30 or 40 pounds witch eliminates beds and dressers, the very items we expected to be cleaned under. Now our carpet has been cleaned around the items that collect dust behind and under them. So if we decide to rearrange a room we will call someone else to clean where the furniture was. So my advice read the fine print and don't trust them to be upfront on the type of service you pay for or over pay for in our case. On the positive the tech was on time and friendly.

Called then to advise they sent out a field mgr to observe. He said at first his tech wasnt sure then once i started to get upset by our convo Ken the field mgr said then they didnt tear it when clearly u can see the tears from their cleaning machine. Then proceeds to tell me my 4 year old put all of the tears in my mattress which just irritated me off more. Then they were not doing anything about the tears bc the mattress isnt worth anything bc my son peeded on it (were potty training and he took off his diaper at night). Which the mattress was covered with a mattress cover its entire 6 monhs to a year life we have had it

The mattress is wonderfully clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the scent that was applied was absolutely overwhelming. I had to open the window even though it was freezing outside and leave it open with the ceiling fan for about 2 hours to get rid of it. It was a lot like the scents they use at the car wash, and I guess lots of folks probably like them.

Sold my mothers home and needed to have the carpets done. The man who did the carpets was truly amazing. He was not only able to get all the stains out of her 20 year old carpet, but he was also able to get all the taper residue of the carpet from removing the area rugs. Edited this down to a combined score of 2. The carpet cleaning was a 5 and then I had them come out to do the vents in my home and that service in itself would be rated at a negative 5. It started with what getting a quote for one thing and then having the technician come out and the price suddenly jumped up, then the technician tried to say that even though we were paying for the entire system to be cleaned on a newer home that the video wouldn't look that much different from the before pictures to the after pictures. This may be a good company for carpets, but the customer service for the Vent Cleaning portion of this company leaves a lot to be desired.

I really didn't think the work they did was any better than what our normal cleaning services provides at $110 per visit and they clean the bathrooms, kitchen etc.

I had them quote 168.00 they came out and knew b4 comming the issue was choc syrup on carpet. They charged me 100 extra dollars for using a machine that scrubbed the hall for less than 15 min Then told me a spot would not come out but when they went back over it it came out. They missed a whole corner of my living room because the didnt move the end table that was very light wth spots in the corner still there. Very unhappy!

We recently scheduled Dalworth Clean to service our upstairs game room carpeting and our downstairs tile and grout. Brian Marshall was the technician assigned to the job. He provided an on-site assessment of the processes necessary to clean both areas and was very thorough in explaining the work to be performed as well as the cost of each service. I was skeptical in regards to how clean everything would be upon completion, but must say I was very surprised and pleased by how well it all turned out. The tile and grout look brand new....pretty much the same as it looked many years ago when we first moved in to the house. He did an equally good job on the upstairs carpet too. Pet odors and stains are gone. I would highly recommend Dalworth Clean for carpet, tile and grout cleaning. Ask for Brian Marshall. You will not be disappointed!

We recently scheduled Dalworth Clean to service our upstairs game room carpeting and our downstairs tile and grout. Brian Marshall was the technician assigned to the job. He provided an on-site assessment of the processes necessary to clean both areas and was very thorough in explaining the work to be performed as well as the cost of each service. I was skeptical in regards to how clean everything would be upon completion, but must say I was very surprised and pleased by how well it all turned out. The tile and grout look brand new....pretty much the same as it looked many years ago when we first moved in to the house. He did an equally good job on the upstairs carpet too. They ask minimal questions about the job and give you a low ball number, then set up an appointment where, according to the REAL reviews, the tech always finds a reason to give a higher quote when they are standing in your living room. I called to get a quote over the phone and the only question she asked me how many people fit on the couch. I said 6 or 7. She then started to give me a quote. I stopped her to thoroughly explain the condition, size, fabric, amount of cushions, etc of the couch and provided photos via email to ensure they know what to expect. Was quoted around $450 for a large sectional. I then asked if that price was guaranteed and the rep said there is a chance it could increase if there was bodily fluid stains (blood or urine specifically). I ensured that there are neither. She went on to say, "well, sometimes customers say its' a couch but the tech shows up and it's a sectional." I explained that I had already given the exact dimensions and told her from the start that it was a sectional so the estimate should be relative to that. She still insisted that the Tech would need to visit to give a more accurate quote. Of the 5 DFW upholstery cleaning services I called today, they were the the only company to not guarantee the price no matter the condition of the couch. Every other company asked very specific questions about the job and emailed me a guaranteed quote with no cancellation fee and no up front payment required. I spoke with Dalworth via email throughout the day and their quote is still as transparent as mud. Lastly, I was never given a straight answer regarding a.) whether there was any payment needed up front if an appointment is scheduled and b.) if there was a cancellation fee if the tech shows up with a higher quote.

We requested carpet cleaning with the odorizer to clean our carpets prior to a move. We have animals and had a new puppy, so we needed to make sure the pet smells were out. It wasn't terribly bad, but I wanted to make sure they were clean. When they cleaned them at first, they smelled good. This eventually turned into a wet bad smell, worse than before the carpet was cleaned. They came out again and did a slight touch up, but it didn't help. I should have just left the carpets as is and cleaned again the way I cleaned it before because that helped more than Dalworth. So we were left with stinky carpets and were out $200. I would not use them again.

Our experience was horrible. For the countless years we have used this company we have never had someone walk in and measure. The coupon that we had was 3 rooms for $99. On the coupon it DOES NOT state the sizes of the room. We have always used that coupon (when they come in the mail) and have always done the SAME ROOMS with that coupon. Today he proceeded to measure which they have never done and once we called the manager, the worker then said he needed to call his manager. The manager then proceeded to tell the worker TO NOT CLEAN OUR ROOMS. It is disgusting and beyond hurtful how the manager and worker just simply do not care about their customers. We will not be using this company again and we will further this complaint to the news station regarding their company and how they handle their business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

thought the cleaning was great. the cleaner was professional. my only negative is that the "deodorizer" is very potent and I had no idea how much my house would smell like this afterwards. I had to open all the windows and doors for hours and got a sore throat. This was my first time to clean carpets and I guess I didn't know what to expect. I anticipated a "fresh" smell but this was overpowering as if to cover up cigarette smoke ect. I should not have done this as we did not have any major smells. We did it as we have kids and at pet and thought it would be a good idea to freshen.

I know the reviews said their carpets looked new after the cleaning...in my case..positively true! My carpets are 11 years old and have never been cleaned...Wow! I had my carpets cleaned just yesterday. We have 2 little dogs that will sometimes go on the carpet upstairs, especially when it's storming or if we are away too long. I've rented carpet cleaners in the past, but our carpet is a little darker, so you couldn't really SEE the stains. Nik had a little florescent flashlight that highlighted all the dirty details and I was shocked (and a little grossed out!) He did a great job and the smell is gone:)

Very pleased with the condition of the carpet after cleaning. I had some pretty serious stains and grime, and Dalworth was able to restore it to near new condition - a very noticeable improvement. The technician was courteous and professional. Arranging the appointment was quick and easy, and Dalworth was very responsive through e-mail. As an added plus, on the scheduled day, Dalworth was able to move my appointment to an earlier time, as they were running ahead of schedule. Only item of concern was the final cost, and I feel that it is important to mention this. After the technician had reviewed the condition of the carpet, I opted for the "restoration cleaning" at an added cost over my original quote for 3 of the 4 areas that I was having done. I was fine with the fact that the condition of the carpet warranted this extra service, even though it almost doubled the original quoted cost. The job was done very well, and I was satisfied with the outcome. But the work was finally completed, it seemed to me tthat the extra labor involved and extra supplies involved for the restoration cleaning appeared to fairly minor compared to the base effort required to clean the carpets without the added service, and I felt that the extra work didn't seem to come anywhere near to justifying the significant amount of the upcharge for that service. Still, I rate Dalworth 5 stars, because they accomplished what I brought them in to do, and they did it professionally. I would use them again.

Plus the yellow spot is COMPLETELY gone! Richard Hearn, franchise owner/operator obviously knows his business.
