Five star rating, absolutely. Bill does the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. He pays particular attention to trouble spots, traffic areas and gives you a price before he starts cleaning. This is not one of your 1/2 hour in and out cleanings. He takes his time and really makes our carpet look new.

I am happy to report that my carpet is cleaned and sanitized! Bill – the owner of Chem Dry of San Angelo – came out to clean my dining room carpet. My daughter’s puppy had an accident over Thanksgiving weekend. Bill cleaned my carpet, used an enzyme to remove the pet urine crystals and then disinfected my carpet. Amazing. I would have never thought to sanitize my carpet after cleaning. This process kills the bacteria just as you or I would rinse with mouth wash. He left my carpet smelling like apples and cinnamon. Definitely A + customer service.

We hired Chem-dry of San Angelo to clean the carpets at my dads house, to get it ready to sell. The carpet was at least 13 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Bill was the most courteous and professional gentleman!! He was extremely flexible and willing to go to any length to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We were running late getting moved out of our rental, but he had no problem waiting an additional 20 mins. He also allowed us to pay up front due to time concerns and sent us pictures afterward! Finally, Bill was very willing to lock up the house and turn off the lights/fans once they were finished. I would highly recommend this company to anybody in San Angelo!

They called and cancelled my appointment because they didn’t want to come due to expected rain even though rain wasn’t in the forecast for 6 hours. Then when I said I still needed them to come they used the excuse that supposedly they double booked my appointment time. I know for a fact carpets can be cleaned if it’s raining, what do they do up north in cold rainy weather? Um still work, that’s what they do. Won’t ever use them again.

Chem-Dry of San Angelo came out on Saturday to clean our carpet. It's a gift for my wife. She's been wanting it cleaned for a year. I thought it was going to be too expensive. Bill had an ad on Facebook. I saved $80; enough for a very nice date night, too. He was very accommodating with my schedule. The wife was surprised when she came home from work. The carpet looks great. I will be calling Chem-Dry again.

We called and scheduled a appointment on Tuesday 7/3. I was told the time that was open, I didn't request the time. Appointment day comes. It's now 11:15 in to our 11-11:30 window and I get a phone call saying he won't be able to make it. There's a schedule issue and that he wasn't going to be working that day. Mind you, this is the day after the 4th of July. So, maybe there is human error **** edited*** So they reschedule for Friday, 11-11:30. Now here we are 11:05 on Friday, and I get a phone call saying there's a issue and needs to reschedule for tomorrow. No thank you! My time and money may not be valuable to you. But I have things to do and services I would like done. Your company obviously needs to figure out scheduling and communication. Because calling day after day in to the appointment time saying they need to reschedule isn't the way you Continuation*** I will "edit" my review for your company. So it to not be, as you say "defamation". I am tho entitled to my own opinion of the situation. With no need of further explanation from your company. To be clear, if there was a issue as your describing now, due to humidity, weather and uncontrollable circumstances such as mother nature I would recommend that your staff articulate that. So that these issues don't arise again in the future with other customers. Opposed to "yet another scheduling conflict" as she stated on the second phone call. If she would have said the reschedule was because of these reasons it would not have resolved the issue but could have provided a explanation with possibly less frustration. I can only hope that as a customer that your company will address the issue of communication. The weather forecast is not a secret. There is 5-7-10 day projections. Calling to inform in to the appointment time not once but twice with no further explanation other than "yet another scheduling conflict" I feel is still unacceptable.

He can get rid of your pet urine odor problem and clean your carpet on the same visit. Be sure to ask him about upholstery cleaning while he is there. Professional, reliable, friendly service. They accept cash, business checks, and credit cards. The entire process is simple from the first call!

Overall, this was a good experience. Honest. Fair. Informative. ChemDry in San Angelo was great. Bill came to my home and asked me questions about my carpet stains and concerns. He pointed out 2 other concerns that I had not noticed. He vacuumed my carpet before cleaning it. No one has ever vacuumed my carpet before cleaning. I am completely satisfied with the service and the price.
