We’ve moved into a new home in May and got a beautiful shagged rug. Our small dog had pooped so bad into our rug it was smooshed into the fibers. I explained to chem dry what had happened and they had a full day but squeezed me in! They saved our rug! It is a little expensive but it’s definitely worth it. Paying for the quality of clean and I would pay anything to get the smell out. At first the chemical smells kind of funny but once it’s done killing the pee smell, It smells so clean! My husband and I love chem dry and will NEVER EVER USE ANOTHER CARPET CLEANING COMANPY. Their owner and cleaners are the sweetest people! So thankful for this company.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called an left a message to have my carpet cleaned. The scheduler called me back. The prices were different than had been listed on the mailer I received. The mailer listed 10% off carpet repairs. I had 2 small areas I needed patched and asked for a price. The sales person told me she didn't know, would get the price and call me back. Almost a week later and no call. I called another company yesterday and got the help I requested immediately. Get better service reps. After reading the review for a $700 charge I'm happy she didn't call me. I wouldn't have wanted to get ripped off for something I expected to pay $150-$200 for.

These guys did a great job! They were professional and very respectful of our possessions. For the quality of work they performed, the price was extremely reasonable! It's amazing how much better your home smells after getting your carpet professionally cleaned... Especially if you have pets like we do. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

Had my carpet cleaned today. No stains or pet smell, only light bedroom dust and traffic dirt leaving a kind of gray cast to the white background. Carpet didn’t look any different tonight than it did before it was cleaned. Took a paper towel and wiped over the top of the somewhat damp rug and paper towel was filthy. I’ll be calling the first thing in the morning! Extremely disappointed. I could have wiped it down with damp clothes and cleaned it better for a lot less than $195. Chem dry came out after the weekend and repeated the cleaning. The carpet appeared clean immediately after we cleaning but several hours later the same situation occurred with dirt that migrated to the top of the carpet. The next day I scrubbed the rug on my own with my personal Rug Doctor and emptied 3 buckets of dark gray colored water. Not sure why the chem dry process was unsuccessful at getting this area rug that was in a low traffic area in a bedroom and less than a year old clean but it was a waste of money for me. Chem dry did call to see if the second cleaning was successful of which I responded no and told them about cleaning it with my Rug Doctor. They did offered to take it into the shop but I had already used my Rug Doctor on it.

I do not normally write reviews but this company did an outstanding job. I was able to talk to a live person when I booked my appointment. The service guys showed up on time and were professional looking. The result of the cleaning was outstanding. I will recommend them to everyone.

So the technicians arrived on time and were neat and tidy. I had a room of carpet were my dog had a few accidents and I could smell them but not find them. The technicians were able to find them using a urine detector and were able to get rid of the foul odor. I am completely satisfied with there service they preformed. I will not have to replace my carpet and guess they saved my thousands on replacing them. I will recommend them.

We had a great experience with ChemDry by the Millers. They explained everthing thoroughly. They were reasonably priced and very effective with their cleaning. We have used other companies that could not remove spots and stains that ChemDry did. Our carpets dried in about an hour. We will be using them again.

My husband spilled cooking oil on my rug. I called several companies out to remove the oil and no one could get it out. A family member used chemdry by the millers and recommended them. I called them and they were able to completely remove the spots. I have found my new carpet cleaning company.

Great value!! I have a Persian wool rug that was stained and some of the dye had run onto the fringe, I was worried it was permanent damage. The technicians were very helpful and upfront about what it would take to restore it. They cleaned it right there and then and did a fantastic job! It looks brand new! I will definitely recommend ChemDry by the Millers.

ChemDry by the Millers is the best carpet cleaner. I cant believe all of my spots and foul odor from my puppy have been removed from my floors!!
