Dan was wonderful. I bought a cream couch four and a half years ago-not a smart move when you have 5 kids and animals. Some places it was so dirty it was almost dark brown from the dogs rubbing on it, and he brought it back to life. It looks wonderful. Dan is very polite and easy to work with, even let my ten-year-old ask him a ton of questions about how things worked
