BEST day of the month is when BBMS cleans my home. Love! Today was above and beyond! Kay and Stephanie, you rocked! I left my groceries on the kitchen counter when I came home, completely distracted, forgetting about them. Yikes! Went immediately onto a conference call. Panicked when I remembered my groceries hours later. Found note from Stephanie and Kay saying that my groceries were in the refrig! They put them away for me. What!! They do basic surface cleaning...that's it. Very over priced for what they do. On occasion we have guest stay at our home and they charge an additional $4.25 to make up a second bed! Pretty petty considering I'm being charged $162.38 every two weeks for service. It's only my wife and I. I'm looking for someone else to do cleaning. I know I can get more in depth cleaning for the money we are spending. I'd rate them 2 stars because of the price they charge vs. the quality and type of cleaning. Nothing bad about the person doing it, she's just doing what they tell her to do. In order to throughly clean, you have to move things....some times yes, some times no. It sure would be nice if they would do the oven say a couple times a year? What about inside Windows, say one room per visit? Door knobs, clean around door knobs....just little things that you should not have to ask the person to do.

Extremely pricey maid service. My house is under 2000 sq. feet and it was over 300 dollar--not even a deep clean. Extremely disappointing as.I was looking for someone on a regular basis. I now have a maid that comes every week, does laundry, all for 70 dollars per week.

I have to say Tommaro is awesome she was able to clean my microwave that was stained when we bought our brand new house Builder refused to replace it. I was amazed. I always considered myself an OCD cleaner and typically maids do ok but when Tommaro or Jodi left I have had both girls I did not have to clean anything they actually cleaned the whole house and emptied all 13 trash cans. For the first time in 10 years when the maid left I sat on the couch looked at my husband in amazement and had a cocktail. I didn’t know what to do. She actually cleaned everything!! Thank you please continue the good job. As for the staff they are great to work with they have been able to adjust their schedule to accommodate mine I have had to change my cleaning days at the last minute and their scheduler works magic. I would definitely recommend them

This is the second time we have had Tamara clean for us. She arrives on time and is delightful but gets down to business, is thorough and does a great job! We just had family including grandkids and their friends here over a 12-day period, so there had been a lot of use in high-traffic areas, the kitchen, eating areas and bathrooms. Got my initial cleaning today and was very happy with their work! Two maids spent 3 hours cleaning my house and every nook & cranny was cleaned well. Vacuumed stairs, dusted and wiped banisters, spotless showers - they paid attention to the details. Highly recommend!

We had our home cleaned with the top to bottom service from Buckets and Bows today. Kay, Ashley and Victoria did a wonderful job. They did all of the things that we never seem to get to like wiping down all of the baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans and many other things. E-mailed for an estimate for a move in cleaning. They took a couple days to respond to ask for additional information to get a more accurate estimate. That was perfectly fine. I supplied them with the necessary information right away. Six days later when I followed up with them, they asked for the same information I had already supplied them with. Such a waste of time.

Got a "top to bottom clean" for $410 before a move in and have found several areas that were missed. 3 ladies were here a total of 3 hours for a 2,000 sq ft home so i don't feel they got everything they should have for that price. So disappointed i spent the money on this when i could've just cleaned it myself better. I also reached out to the company before leaving this review in hopes of making it right but never got a call back.

Update: They came back and were sincerely apologetic about the missed expectations and quickly got to work. It is a "manual" process and things happen, but they came back and went well beyond expectations. Original review - Poor first impression. We interviewed quite a few companies. We were impressed by how Buckets & Bows presented themselves and the amount of detail claimed to be put into their work. We paid for a "Top to Bottom" clean. We'd a meeting at the elementary and arrived back home as the crew was driving away. We found counters in the kitchen and bathrooms untouched, the kitchen sink was still dirty, our floors hadn't been swept or mopped. Parts of the home (the master bath and bedroom for example) were far beyond expectation... but we had to step over dust bunnies to get there. ***I called and they are sending someone out to correct these issues. UPDATED.
