absolutely awful experience --- and the owners do not care- they place blame on customers not their own ppl- they claim customers are the ones with issues bc damage to their home is 'stressful' thats their excuse for anyones bad experience with them- they give SP a bad name

Great prompt and courteous service. Revised - first comment is for the team that came to the house, they were great. The back office and ownership though have severe deficiencies in their process as it should not take multiple days and follow ups to get an invoice. Still waiting after a week to get this resolved. Revised - they finally got the invoice but only after I posed the negative review. and requested I update it now that it was resolved.

We had an upstairs bathroom water supply hose burst. Water was everywhere. Justice and Josh responded within the hour following our call. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
