On Sunday Feb 4, Super Bowl Sunday, i woke up to buckled wood floors! I had no idea where the water was coming from and no idea who could help me on a Sunday. My sister told me to call ServPro right away to begin drying services. It was extremely important to start right away to avoid mold! I called and within a couple hours they had a team at my house. After assessing, the team begin to pull things up that needs pulled, tearing sheet rock out that needed torn out, placing commercial drying machines around my home and so forth. I was distraught, to say the least! Ken was my angel through the entire process which went on for a couple months! I had a refrigerator line and my dishwasher leaking for long enough that it got under my flooring and destroyed it. Ken helped me navigate through the process of having my entire living room and kitchen ripped out and put back in. I would have been lost without the professionals at ServPro. They truly went above and beyond at every turn to make sure my home was clean and that i got everything i needed. Best of the best!

I experienced a major water damage issue that they addressed quickly and efficiently. This was a big job due to a supply line that blew out underneath kitchen sink, flooded entire house but 2 rooms. They worked with me through all issues and updated me. I learned a lot through the process. They also worked well with the insurance company.

I experienced flooding in my basement last week due to a plumbing issue. The crew chief, Josh Rasco explained all the steps in detail. Servpro downloads the State Farm protocol (program) so Josh knew exactly what to document for them. Everyone on the crew was friendly and worked well with each other. I highly recommend Servpro.
