I would not use this company at all. It took over a month to schedule for them to schedule the appointment. Then, after we had received a confirmation the night before, they called at 11am the day of to cancel. They could not reschedule again until 3 days later. We ordered through Lowe's, so beware of who they subcontract with.

my Family and I had our septic tank back up into our basement through a shower. SERV PRO from Johnson City, i'm from Greeneville, was recommended to us from our insurance agent, and it was an excellent choice. Within 2 hours of contacting my insurance agent, SERV PRO was knocking on the door with a work truck and 3 employees, 2 workers and their supervisor. All of them was very courteous and helpful. They got started with the clean-up right away. They removed all of the contaminated pieces in a very timely manner, from the wood flooring to cutting out dry wall. 12 fans, 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 air filters were placed in the house for three days. We had a scheduling conflict but was our fault, and they were understanding and patient with us to recover their equipment. If I ever have another issue like we had, they will definitely be the only people that come take care of it. Thanks so much again fellas! we appreciate your hard work and commitment. Servpro has went above and beyond to help my parents whose house was flooded on Christmas Eve. They have so far been on the job since day one and no matter what time of day or night we have had to call them they always show up! The employees are very professional, very knowledgeable and empathetic. They came into their home and are very clean and respectful. Justin and the whole team has become like family to us. We couldn’t be more Thankful and blessed to have them and We would recommend them for any job no matter how big or small! We had an issue where we had a severe roof leak. Water was standing in several places throughout the sales floor. Within an hour of being notified the technician from servpro of Greene County was onsite. He immediately assessed the situation and began taking the steps to not only clear the water left out of the floor but to dry up any remaining water that may have been missed. He was quick, thourough and explained everything we needed to know to get us through the weekend. Hope we don’t have any more issues, but if we do they are definitely at the top of our call list to get things fixed. 10 out of 10!!!

SERVPRO of Washington County, TN is absolutely astonishing. They were beyond perfection. Unfortunately my home experienced an outpour of raw sewage water taking up unwanted residency in my basement. Basically my basement was temporarily turned into one large public toliet swimming pool. As one can imagine, how nasty, gross and disgusting it was. And the smell, was just about unbearable. But the heroes in the horror story was the wonderful and amazing team from SERVPRO. Melissa and her crew were cleaning Rockstars. I called SERVPRO and within 30 minutes, they were at my house ready to help. I even received a courtesy call from Justin saying that they're on their way. They showed up on time, super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of how to handle the horrible mess I was dealing with. Melissa was amazing, she went over everything with me and explained everything in detail of what the plan was and how they were going to fix it. She even talked about how everything was going to scrubbed down and completely disinfected. And that they would disposed of anything that wasn't salvageable. They all were very respectful to my home, meaning they took extra care and steps to making sure they weren't accidentally contaminating other parts of my home. They even cleaned up after theirselves, from their truck, to the mess and everything in between. Melissa took the time to answer any and all the questions I had. And when they left, my basement looked even better than before the mess. Absolutely 100%, like it didn't even happen. Even the wretched smell was gone. I could not be happier and more impressed with OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE that I received. Even after the initial cleanup, Melissa and Justin both called me the next day just to see how things were going and to follow up with me. Now that's customer service at its finest. I would definitely use them again, if needed. You really can't find a better team then this guys. When life gives you lemons, Melissa and her awesome crew were the sugar that made a nasty situation, just a little bit sweeter to swallow. Thank you so much for everything you all did for me and my home. You are cleaning/disinfecting Rockstars!!!
