I called these guys to come out and take a look at a property that had severe water damage. I called them and literally an hour later they had someone at my house in Union City, from Dyersburg. I was so excited to have such quick service. I met with the lady and she took all the proper testing & measurements that she needed. They called me within the next day or so with a plan and had already talked to my insurance adjuster and my insurance company about the needed work, It has been a long process due the extent of damage that was done, from to a water heater bursting, but they have been so kind to us. When they've ran into issues that weren't agreed upon, they have called and got the okay with us before proceeding in work. THAT is AMAZING! We run a small business and we understand how important it is to communicate with the customer about things that come up during a job, so we are thankful for how great they have been with communication with us. With that being said, we are officially clear of moisture and mold in our home after what seems to be like forever... Thank you to ServPro pf Dyersburg! You will definitely be recommended by us! Here's to hoping we never have to do this again but if we do, we will call you guys! GREAT TEAM!

The team at Servpro in Newbern,Tennessee are awesome! Our dryer shorted out while we were away from home. We had major smoke damage throughout the house. Had water damage a few years back. The crew that worked on our flooded area did a fantastic job of getting floors dry and repair s finished bin a timely and fashionable manor. Proper equipment (blower s, fans, dryers). Workers were friendly and efficient in their duties. Recommend this Co. With 7 Out of 5 rating. Lol!

We recently had allot of water damage from our hot water heater. Servpro did a great job on drying everything out and installing our new hardwood floors. Jason Garris took his time putting the tiger wood down so it flows perfectly from room to room. It looks fabulous! Nathan and Jason werea pleasure to work with. Everyone was so nice!

My water heater sprung a leak and damaged the floor of my laundry room and adjacent hallway. Servpro came in and removed the damaged flooring, brought in multiple professional air moving fans, and monitored the walls and floors until everything was dry. Just waiting on their construction crew now, so we can get the flooring replaced and everything back to normal. Very courteous technicians.

I had a kitchen fire. These guys came out the next day and got everything going. We have a 2 story house with lots of nick nacks in glass cabinets and pictures everywhere. They cleaned each piece and packed in boxes.Cleaned the walls, ceilings, lights,rugs,curtains,all our clothes,carpets and porcelain tile. They built the most beautiful white kitchen ever.Painted my walls and on and on. I never heard of Servpro, but they are the best. Very professional people from the cleaners to the boss. We had a carpet soiled by pet stains and food, even glue thanks to homemade slime. Servepro got out every single stain! Even the dried glue left by the slime!! The room looks brand new now. I couldn't be happier.

I definitely recommend SERVPRO for your flood needs. I came home from work the other day to realize that a pipe had bust and my house looked like an indoor wading pool. SERVPRO came as soon as they could to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, they had to pull up the flooring and baseboards and drill some holes to speed up the drying process but the employees were friendly and did what they could to take care of the problem!
