This place is amazing! Quick response and works well with insurance even when it's not "easy". They care about thier customers and they really make sure they are taken care of! Highly recommend if you need this kind of service. No one wants to have to deal with this, but if you do, give them a call! They will take care of you with kindness, quickness and efficiency and they will do you right!!!

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from this ServPro in White House, TN. They were friendly, professional, always on time and very knowledgeable. I had water damage from a dishwasher and from the first call they arrived promptly. I cannot express how much they helped us through this process of packing my house, ordering pods and dumpsters, and doing the demolition. Chris, Taylor, Steve and the crew were at my house for a month doing the demolition. We never had to worry about them stealing anything. Kayla called everyday to check on us and make sure we were okay. You couldn't ask for a better team!!

Fabulous and timely service! Wendy responded to me practically in the middle of the night and had a crew on site at 8 am the next morning. Her and the entire staff have been very responsive and friendly. They have been great to work with. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, they will be the people I call without a doubt!

Hopefully you won't need them, but if you do CALL SERVPRO. They have been so very professional and helpful. They made a huge mess much easier to handle. We had a water leak from the refrigerator to 4 rooms in our house and it tore through the ceiling in our garage. SERVPRO was there within hours and came back to start work the next morning. They knew exactly what to do. They have been back everyday since to check the drying process and make sure we didn't have questions. Just Excpetional!!

I've gotta say...I hate that I HAD to file a water damage claim when my home flooded in the middle of the night recently. BUT...when I did, I can truly say that the care, compassion, and urgency that everyone showed at ServPro truly made a difference in my emergency. Becca was my first point of contact over the phone. She was professional and courteous, Then, Jordan and Chandler were dispatched to handle my issue and they were just AWESOME!! They showed up earlier than I expected and took time to carefully assess the damaged areas of my home. They were calm, deliberate, and focused on helping me...all with smiles on their faces and confidence that this was going to be okay!! March 11, 2015 I am writing this letter to thank Servpro and the team led by Jason. Jason and his team came to my house within an hour after calling Servpro. For several days he and his team have worked diligently to address every issue regarding the water damage to my home, and have been very respectful and courteous when answering my many questions about the whole clean-up process. His team also was invaluable in providing storage containers and then helping me move a multitude of boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous items from several rooms in my house. Jason and his team made sure all floor surfaces and room items were well protected during the moving and clean-up process. Any problems that came up were quickly dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I have complete faith that when Jason and his team are finished with this project, every effort will have been made to see that my home has been thoroughly cleaned of any potential moisture or health problems. I also appreciate the fact that Servpro is helping me find contractors to help finish the restoration process. Servpro was recommended to me, and in the future I would not hesitate in calling them in the event of a similar problem, or recommending Servpro of Cheatham, Robertson & Dickson Counties to others faced with a similar situation.
