I had a bridesmaid dress altered and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the fitting took all of 5 minutes, and my dress was done in a week. The dress fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier. They also sent a hand written thank you after the fact. I highly recommend this location. Great all around service.

Owner allows pets to be inside, behind counters, running along clothes. Clothes you pay hundreds of dollars to take care of. Specifically the Farragut location but I felt like everyone should know. As an employee I was told to go see a dr for my pet allergies and that because Mrs.Blue is a loyal valued customer she wouldnt be asked to leave her pets in the car. Don't believe me? Google the Farragut location and tell me what the first picture you see is... That dog will also bite you as it has already bitten a customer. The manager Johnnie said it will not be addressed bc the customer knew Mrs.Blue....

All I had was a 100 dollar bill to pay for an over-priced pair of khakis they had dry cleaned. Seriously 9.45 for one pair of pants. Apparently this business could not break the 100 dollar bill. She had already handed my pants to me and I had hung them up. She asked for them back and said I would have to drive somewhere else to get change. So other businesses are expected to be able to break a bill just not theirs. So went to Weigels said I had to buy something - bought some gum. I asked if I could get a discount on the pants for the inconvenience of wasting my time money and gas. NOPE. No sincere apology or recognition that this should not happen.

Best cleaners in town. I collect vintage lingerie and required a cleaner that could guarantee that the marabou feather trim would be treated with special care. I was very pleased with their service. I also have used them for many other services. They were $10 cheaper to clean King size mattress pad than the cleaner up the street. Friendless staff you could ever ask for.

They did a FANTASTIC job on my daughter's prom dress. I was nervous about anyone touching it but y'all they did amazing. Staff was friendly and they know what they are doing. And the price was reasonable as well.

This was the first time I'd ever used their services. After being told by several other dry cleaners around town that they couldn't do a simple cut and hem on my curtains, I decided to call the professionals...I'm so glad I did. Had my curtains back within the week. They were very reasonable for the work and time frame I needed. I will definitely be using them from now on! F.Y.I, they also clean rugs and even re-sole shoes!
