Our office was contacted by Office Pride through their telemarketing department. We were in the process of looking for a new service. We scheduled an appointment with Chuck. He visited our Nashville branches; we went over what we were requiring. We contacted one of our affiliated branches; they were extremely satisfied with their service. After receiving the approval, we decided to hire Office Pride. When we contacted the previous company we had, they decided to quit that day without their 30 days’ notice. I called Chuck, even with him out of town; he was able to start his teams immediately without missing a cleaning for us. We held an open house at our branch, and Office Pride made sure everything was in order for us, again without missing a beat. They have exceeded our expectations in the quality and timeliness of their service.

I have finally found a commercial cleaning services company that exceeds my expectations here in Nashville. Simply put - if you're looking for an AMAZING cleaning service - this is it! I had a less than stellar experience with another company prior to Office Pride, and researched other companies. The customer service was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I initially emailed my request for service and received a prompt call back. The day of service, I received a call to confirm arrival. Customer service was truly exceptional - thank you! I've been a loyal Office Pride customer for the last few years. and usually call them 2-3 times a year to do the deep cleaning, buff and wax the floor and shampoo the carpet. They are always on time and they are able to come in on the weekend which is very convenient for me. They always do a good job, when we come in on Monday the restrooms are clean, the floors are shiny and the carpet is spotless. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a quality and reliable cleaning service.

I had 3 vendors bid on cleaning our office in La Vergne. I had another vendor in mind when Chuck with Office Pride came by. Chuck was professional, polished and I could tell he was very detail oriented. He asked lots of questions about the office, our pain points and expectations. While Chuck’s bid was not the lowest, it wasn't the highest either. We chose Office Pride because of Chuck’s enthusiasm in delivering the best quality of service. The other reason we chose Office Pride is due to Chuck’s commitment in hiring our military men and women. I respect Chuck’s dedication in doing his part to employ men and women who have served our country. Our office space is fairly large and it would be easy for things to be missed. It is such a pleasure to walk in every Monday morning knowing that every inch of the office is going to have been touched and see how it shines and sparkles! We have had other cleaning services in the past, but Office Pride outshines the others by far.
