This is my second time using Merry Maids and both times have been great experiences! We have 2 rambunctious dogs and the staff are always warm and loving to them. They’ve even called me before to let me know when one of the dogs got sick! Tim and Henry are responsive to questions and they are always updating me, especially if the usual cleaner will not be coming or if someone will be late. The house is ALWAYS so clean and smells wonderful. I would recommend to anyone!

Inconsistency with times of arrival. Not having same cleaning person each time. Consistently using dirty mop water on hardwood floors, leaving streaks. Spotty dusting. Poor shower door cleaning. Will be terminating contract.

only one comment........Merry Maids SUCKSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! they are out in my house 4 times, after 4 times they still picking up the unfinished cleaning from the first "deep cleaning" I was asked to paid 265.00 for the deep cleaning for the first time as they needed it, deep cleaning was on the slip and was also cfmed by their supervisor's text that was for deep cleaning, not they twisted and turn their words arguing that that was not deep cleaning!!!

Merry Maids always leaves my house looking fantastic. There is a light fresh scent as soon as I walk in the door after a long day at work. I love the way that my kitchen gleams and my bathroom always looks pristine. The cleaner always leaves me a checklist and a nice message to welcome me home. The cleaners are professional and very polite. The cost is very reasonable and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend Merry Maids to clean your home if you do not have the time!

My present two cleaners, Amanda and Samantha, are outstanding. They are warm, friendly (always greet me with a smile) and professional. I am disabled, and they cheerfully help me when I need it. Also, I must commend Jeanie Smythe who is in charge of scheduling. She has been with Merry Maids for many years (as I have) and cheerfully rearranges my scheduled date whenever necessary for health reasons. She is an invaluable asset to Merry Maids, and I appreciate her kindness, patience and flexibility.

Merry Maids of west Nashville are just terrific! I asked for their service for my sister who lives in the Bellevue area, and their manager John went above and beyond expectations. John, and their office administrator, Brittany, were so kind and caring in setting up a cleaning schedule for us. My sister has had several cleanings so far and reports that she is extremely happy with the maids and the excellent cleaning service. Thank you, John and Merry Maids!

My girlfriend asked for a “deep clean” which was $140 dollars, okay. 4 women show up and work for around 2 hours and do what seems to be a good job. On the way out one of the workers says “it’s 210 dollars because we had to stay longer then expected”. We have a 2 bedroom apartment around 1100 square feet, that is well kept for the most part, we got this service due to the lack of a real cleaning before we moved in. Come to find out that they did a terrible job, I moved my coffee table a day later and there was an accumulation of dirt as if it had been there for 3 years, same thing with under the couch. The only “real” cleaning was done where you could see. I would not recommend this service for what you are paying.

We hired them for a "deep cleaning" and after going over what they did after they left , found that they didn't do the blinds or light fixtures, didn't wipe down the cabinets or counter tops and can't tell if they did baseboard at all. The worse thing is they scratched our downstairs bathroom walls and the spare bedroom walls.

Very sub standard service. The first clean was supposed to be a "deep clean". I was charged 200$ and there was food stains left on oven handle. They did not even touch the baseboards! They don't clean the backsplash in the kitchen. The floors are wiped wet, that ruined our hardwood. You can see the stains left after they "mop" the floor. Those are milk stains, which I wiped off with a bounty! We stopped their services and will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. Update to the response I got from the owner: The cleaner you sent for first visit was only there for a couple hours! A couple hours is definitely not equal to 5 hours. And if you had to send someone to fix things after her “5-hours” of cleaning then that speaks for itself!

They are always friendly and try to meet all of our requirements. My only complaint would be that sometimes they might miss something minor but that is minor and they always are quick to make any changes I ask for. Overall a really good experience!

I am from MA, and I called Merry Maids to clean my son's apartment for his birthday. The results were excellent and the communication was friendly. My son said the apartment looked cleaner than when he rented it. I would highly recommend Merry Maids.
