They came to clean out our "sewer" line and discovered we had a Septic tank instead. They cleaned the drains and located the septic tank and dug up the lid just to check things out. We needed to pump and they made recommendations for a residential pumping service. Turns out we also need to get the inlet and outlet T's repaired. So more fun. But we appreciated their work and tracking down the problems to address the issues we were having.

There is no one better in finding your buried septic tank! This is a fine family business which provided an invaluable service to me in finding our septic tank on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. I would never use anyone else!

Extremely good service from Richard & Tyler!! We had a plugged drain line from one of our toilets. It took them four hours of cleaning the line from a plug that was "as bad as it can get." They persevered and we are once again able to use the toilet!

This so called company is very unprofessional, rude, discourteous,and has no idea what customer service truly is. I will not recommend this so called company to anyone. Don’t bother calling the head of the company over any problems. They don’t care. You will get blown off. If you need this kind of service make sure you call someone else. On sunday 4-22-18 i had the aggravation of running into this company. They were servicing my neighbors house and had their truck blocking our road. There wasn’t enough room to be able to get my truck by. Mind you, the house they were at had a gravel driveway that is flat and big enough you can fit two of their trucks side by side. I walked up to the driver side door. There was a young guy sitting in the passenger seat , playing on his cell phone. I waved, he acknowledged me so i opened the door. I told him i needed him to move the truck so i could get by so i could go to work. After 5-10 minutes of this young guy playing trivial pursuit with me. I became frustrated. young Guy: Can u wait a minute we are writing up a ticket. Me: i can’t wait i have to go to work i’m gonna b late. young Guy: what are you driving? We haven’t had anyone having issues getting by this morning. Me: I’m in a full sized truck there is t enough room to go by. I need you to move your truck. He finally huffed and puffed ,got out of the truck, slammed the door ,and made his way to the other side. I began to walk to my truck, said thanks ,and before i got 10 steps he got a heck of an attitude with me telling there was no reason for my attitude. I never once got an attitude until after he popped off to me. Well that’s when everything went downhill. After a heated argument and exchange of a lot of words, he went into the house and got his partner. His parter came out ,not knowing the situation, and automatically had an attitude. We had words as well. After 20-30 mins of all this, me having to call the police, my girlfriend calling the company and speaking tho their boss. They finally moved their truck. During all of this they both are standing in my yard yelling and cussing. In which i wasn’t putting up with it and exchanged words and multiple times told them to get off of my property. I ended up 20 mins late for work, and come to find out they charged my neighbor for the entire time they were not working but out yelling and standing in my yard not doing their job and blocking the road. I would give the zero stars if i could.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I could not fix with my handy-dandy drill mounted snake. I called my regular plumber to see if he could help, but he said he no longer has the equipment to unclog drains and recommended Kington. One of my best friends is a general contractor and he also recommended Kington. I called and Richard and Tyler were here in about an hour. They knew what they were doing, were very careful with my old house plumbing and had the clog broken free in about 30-45 minutes. They then cleaned up the mess! I would use them again. Call them.

They came out to clean out my pipes, but after the same problem continued exactly a week later, they came back out (at no cost). It was then we realized my problem was much bigger cleaning out the pipes. I was told I needed to call a plumber and owner called me to offer a full refund! They were extremely nice and accommodating.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Two men came promptly within an hour after I called. They were experienced, friendly, clean and professional. They worked hard for 2 hours, took care in our house to clean up after themselves and their charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend them. .

Two guys came out, had the right tools, knew what they were doing and had it sorted out in short order. They were able to provide same day service for me. Price seemed reasonable for two guys, a truck and tools to be at my house for an hour.
