We just had Brandon's crew out to Bellevue to clean our carpets prior to a move into a new home. They were able to get out a lot of stains and all the pet odor from the previous owners. The carpet looks new! I was very surprised that it also dried fast, within 2 hrs. They also cleaned a large wool area rug, looked great! I highly recommend these guys at EVERCLEAN, they are worth the money!

These people are great ! I have a 9 x 12 very nice wool rug that my dog pee’d on several times. I read the great reviews about ever clean and decided to give them a try. I wanted to take it in to have it immersed. I called EverClean. I’m mistakenly told them that it was and 11 x 14 rug the lady (Cheyenne) explained that they could not do immersion cleaning on a rug that big but they could come to my house and clean it and use enzymes to get the pee out. So I agreed.The technician (John) showed up as scheduled. When he looked at the rug he suggested that they do immersion cleaning in the shop. We measured the road again it was actually 9 x 12. So he took the rug with him. He explained that it would be about two weeks. I told him that I was having company the next weekend – five days away and he said they would do all they could to get it cleaned and dry and returned. Sure enough they were able to get it back to me Friday in time for me to get it rolled back out and get my dining room put back together. They did a great job on the rug and were very service oriented. They are great people and a great business.They did a great job and stayed in touch with me through the whole thing. They took extra care and delivered it way ahead of their normal schedule. I will never use another rug cleaning service. They are great!

Outstanding Experience!!! Brandon and his team are crazy passionate about cleaning and super knowledgeable about all types of carpets and cleaning issues and challenges. Our first experience was with a condo we rented that when we arrived was so filthy included carpeted stairs that were charcoal colored from all the dirt and dog hair (yep, last time we rented from pictures rather than visiting). I thought there would be no way to get it cleaned, but after the service, it was incredible how much better the entire TH unit was. We were thrilled. The second time using them was equally positive and plan to use them for our current home just purchased. They are hands down committed to excellence, professionalism and total customer experience. He took his time, treating spots and was even able to get out some rust stains and lighten up a other stains on our very light colored carpet. Brandon has cleaned our carpets twice. Once in a home we rented and once before we moved into the home we bought this past summer. He was punctual both times and I felt his pricing was very reasonable. He was very thorough, especially checking the home we bought for pet stains (the previous owner had a dog). He cleaned all the stains and said if we saw any stains resurface to give him a call and he would come back and clean again, free of charge. We had a few spots resurface, he came back and cleaned them again, and we haven't seen the spots again. I would highly recommend EverClean Carpet Cleaning and will use them again!

Brandon and team were wonderful to work! We recently moved to the Nashville area and had to sub-lease an apartment last minute. The place we moved into was a total bachelor pad that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Brandon got us scheduled and came out the very next day. What a great experience! From the initial phone consultation to the end of the cleaning, these guys took GREAT care of us. Our puppy recently turned 1, so we had an embarrassing about of urine throughout our carpets and even our sofa (eww). They cleaned our micro fiber sofa & it looks new & smells so much better. They also cleaned the carpet in two bedrooms and a wool area rug. They used a special enzyme formula to break up the old pet stain smells and were very thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and advised us of the best way to handle our pet stain issues.
