Scheduling was easy- a couple details left out at that time of scheduling to do with pricing, which was a little upsetting, but in the end- I felt as though Dorain, the technician assigned to work with us, went above and beyond to help remedy the situation. He cleaned the sectional sofa also and it never looked better! Steps were spotless and he worked The whole time he was here! Even won my husbands Praise who was sure he was doing it for free! They get the carpets clean,sanitized, and protected with out soaking down the carpet with water...this is key for me beacuse of the quick turn around. My technician Dorain did an outstanding job on my rugs and sofa. They had some stains which are now gone. Dorain was very professional, polite, and courteous. He had a great smile which indicated he enjoyed doing a good job for his customers. I am happy I called Chem Dry and will use them in the future.

Did a fantastic job cleaning the sofa and the rugs, they did a few spot cleans on the carpets as well. All in all the job was well done and the price was very fair. I would have used a rental but the store was all out and I had to have it done. There was no way I would have gotten the floors looking as good as they did with a rental. Very worth the money.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the technician was so courteous otherwise I would’ve left one star . The carpet looks good my couches look worse! So many stains look worse than before I paid them 400.00 to remove them! I am sooo disappointed and now feel like I need new couches. I would not recommend this at all for upholstery cleaning! I only wish I could post pictures!

Doran came in and did a great job my carpets are cleaner than they have ever been pet smell is out everything is really good only thing is the floor in the den has taken over two days to dry and still is a little damp. The other rooms dried within a couple hours other than that everything's fine.

Chemdry sent a technician to clean my couch- nothing was wrong with it, I was just trying to keep up with the maintenance and make sure it stayed looking new. It was a $3000 couch from west elm. After the technician left, I noticed orange rings around all of the buttons. I called the company and they said that the buttons must be metal and the metal was soaking through. I let them know that I had it cleaned once before by a different company and didn’t have that issue. They sent the technician back out the next day to scrub the rings. They did look better but they’re were still brown rings on every button. They proceeded to come out again to try and clean it. Again, it didn’t work and even worse, at this point the area around the buttons had been cleaned much deeper and now looks bleached compared to the rest of the couch. I called again and they argued with me saying it was a “manufacturer error” and that they’ve come out enough and I need to contact the manufacturer to fix it. They agreed to come out one last time after I let them know they’re the ones who ruined my couch in the first place. I contacted West Elm and they said making buttons out of metal is not a manufacturer error and any professional cleaning service should test or already know not to use wet products on metal. Please see attached pictures of what my couch looks like today. I am so devastated that my beautiful, 1 year old couch is completely ruined. I cannot believe this awful company did this to me.

Showed up with a vacuum some fancy soap and a floor buffer. Basically soaked and agitated my carpet then brought in a very cheap extractor. Carpet is cleaner but had to spend a good hour on my own spot cleaning because they could not do the job right. How do you expect to clean a carpet without a proper extractor. my advice find a carpet cleaning company that does show up with a proper extractor. A proper extractor should cost between $2500 to $4000. They showed up with less than $1, 000 worth of junk equipment. My carpet still has a bad odor. I've had carpet cleaning before and this was an absolute joke.

Luther didn't respond to any of my calls after several attempts and text messages. Unsure of attentiveness towards cleaning...I paid 600.00 for an hour worth of work...My home is 3,300 square feet!!!

Of the places I called, ChemDry was the only one that responded to my inquiry same-day, they make sure you are aware of specials, and it was very easy to schedule.
