She does an awesome job cleaning my house, I give her a detailed list of the things I want/need and she tackles it! Well worth every penny and affordable , I get to spend more time with my family instead of slaving over my bathroom lol. I look forward to her coming every month now!

Horrible experience. I scheduled to have them clean for 4 hours in preparation for my partner's birthday party. The staff was lovely and polite. They went over their policies with me and let me know that the "angel" who would be cleaning my house would give me a call the night before. She doesn't end up calling until ~7pm when we're out at dinner. I answer anyway and she seems very distracted and slow, but lets me know she will be arriving at 9 the next morning to clean. She confirms my address and I think all is well, I was wrong. She didnt show up at all. When she was an hour late I called her to discover she had turned her phone off. When I called the office I found out that they're closed on Saturday. So, I had no one to resolve my issue. I left them a voicemail which they have yet to return my call regarding. It entirely threw off my time table and forced me to clean while not being able to celebrate my partner's birthday with him. Horrible communication and a horrible experience. Next time I'll just go with Maid Brigade.

I am a busy wife and mom of a 2 yr old with a full time job about 45 minutes away from our home. When I say I have zero time, I really do mean zero. I used Angel maids for the first time last week which is my first time getting any help with my house cleaning. My angel was Holly and she was perfect! Called, got a nice representative who helped immensely in working around my and my husband's schedule, was very flexible and let me know all my options, but never tried to pressure me to one choice or another. When Delia came, she was wonderful! Thorough, professional, and hard-working. She offered to just start cleaning or asked if we wanted her to work from a priority list we made up for her. We chose the priority list and she did a wonderful job. Was comfortable with our dogs, and let us know that she was using non-toxic cleaners, so that our puppies would be completely safe. Looking forward to continuing service with them!

Angel Maids sent cleaner 2 times. First time, they stayed less than 30 minutes. Second time less than 3 hours. Both less than scheduled time. Amount of cleaning done was much less than expected even for the 3 hours. Revision 7/16/2015: Received call from owner who apologized for our poor experience and very generously offered to pay for cleaning from provider of our choice. He said he was also taking steps to rectify problem. I was pleasantly surprised at how the owner stepped up and took responsibility. Would be nice if all business owners did the same! May give Angel Maids another chance in the future.

1/9/16 - I increased my rating due to the owners response to me. James the owner offered to refund my last cleaning and ask for another chance. However, we have moved on with another company and are happy with their work. Tried them twice but let them go after our 2nd cleaning. The 1st cleaning was good but not great. My #1 item was clean our master shower. The floor and glass were clean but the areas where the soap sits was never touched. My 3rd item was, clean the remaining bathrooms. When I got home there was pee sitting in one of the toilets. There was no one home after the cleaning lady left. So I know the half bath was never cleaned. The 2nd cleaning I listed master bath, floors, inside of microwave. I had to re-vacuum my home the next day because there was hair left everywhere. The microwave was never touched. My husband worked from home the 2nd time and tracked the cleaning ladies hours. She worked maybe 2 1/2 out of the 3 she was suppose to be there. At one point he found her on the back-porch talking on the phone. We are moving on to another cleaning service. I brought my issues up to the management and received an "I'm sorry email."

Sorry in advance for the length of this review, however as you read, you will understand why!!!! I have always kept my house very clean, however this past December I was injured in an accident in which injured my back. Due to my injury, I have been unable to CLEAN my house the way I prefer. My husband and teenage son have helped quite a bit, however they just don’t CLEAN the way I do!!! It had gotten to the point that I was crying as my house felt filthy and regardless of the help I was receiving, it just was not spotless and clean like I prefer. (I am sure many of you can understand what I am saying!!) I had a birthday recently in which my Mother gave me a wonderful gift; she gave me money to find someone to have my housed cleaned. (This is a wonderful idea if you have someone that you need to get a gift for and don’t know what to give) Well, back to my review!!  I began to look around as to who or what service to use and after much research, I decided on Angel Maids. I called on a Thursday and they were able to accommodate my schedule and get someone there that Saturday!!! On Friday night, I received a call from my “Angel” ANGELA to discuss my appointment and to get an idea as to what I needed to have done. I explained my situation and she said “that is what I am for and I will have it taken care of tomorrow”. I apologized in advance for the shape that my house was in as I felt very embarrassed. When she arrives, on time, the next morning she was very kind and I took her through our house and apologized again. She responded that our house was nothing like she had imagined from my description. She was so kind and very respectful as she cleaned and I mean cleaned very quickly though my house. I had a block of time and was afraid that my time would not be used efficiently and be in need to schedule more time to get things completed. To my surprise, I was very impressed as to how conscious ANGELA was with my time as she worked the entire time!!!! My house was spotless when she left, I think I could have served food off the floors in any room and we have dogs!!! LOL As I stated before, I researched the company before I decided to use their services. One of my largest concerns was trust, after all, am opening my entire home and belongings to a stranger. Not only was nothing touched or came up missing. I received a call later that night and it was ANGELA, she called to let me know that when she arrived at her next appointment that afternoon, she realized that she had accidently taken a (half used) can of Pledge of mine that I had here use earlier that day. She apologized and offered to bring it back to me, but she wanted to let me know what had happened. I don’t think I would have even realized it, but her calling was like icing on the cake. I told her to not worry about it and keep it; this impressed me so much that I now know that Angel Maids is a company that you CAN TRUSTt!!! It has been such a wonderful feeling to walk into a clean home and to spend time with your family, without the stress of cleaning your house. I have been so thankful for their services and have since decided and scheduled for my Angel ANGELA to come back and help me with some much needed closet and cabinet cleaning/organization, as well as, to clean once again.. I have also decided to treat myself to a Christmas present as Christmas is always a stressful time getting the house and dinner ready for our entire family. I have already scheduled to have my house cleaned within a few days of Christmas to alleviate any stress that cleaning may create, therefore I can enjoy Christmas too!!! Very impressed with Angel Maids and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of what you are in need of!!!

Plus, we like to support local businesses in the Nashville area. Scheduling over the phone was great. The gentleman i spoke with was very polite and very helpful. We scheduled Patty to come to our apartment for a deep clean (5 hour block). We have a dog and 2 cats and Patty was great with them. Patty was right on time and very friendly. She did an outstanding job cleaning everything in the apartment. I've never seen our place so clean and smelling wonderful. She followed everything we had on our priority list and then some and finished right on time. We plan on scheduling Angel Maids to do monthly cleanings for us from here on out. We also recommended her to many of our friends, one of which called Angle Maids the next day and scheduled Patty to clean her house in Murfreesboro. Highly recommend Angel Maids!!!

I’m writing this review only because I don’t want others to have the same experience we did. First of all, the people are very lovely at Angel Maids and it’s probably a very reputable service. We just didn’t get the satisfaction or guarantee on what the expectations were and don’t feel we were serviced as promised. I was told by the co-owner over the phone, that I would need to have a five hour cleaning of my house and it could be completed in that time. The outcome was that in that time, the kitchen was cleaned and most of the master bath (not even the commode) and she did what she called a light dusting in the master bedroom, but honestly it didn’t even look like anything had been done in the bedroom, lots of dust everywhere. Honestly, I don’t know if she was just a really slow worker or that she thought our house was exceptionally dirty? I truly believe our house is cleaner and less cluttered than many I’ve seen and it just shouldn’t have taken that much time. It’s just my husband and I in a two story, we only live in a few rooms in the house, we clean weekly, but we do have four dogs that come in at night to sleep, so yes there is more dust, floor dirt and dog hair than a house that doesn’t have pets and I did make that clear. Still all in all, the house is kept clean on a regular basis. I really thought I was clear on our needs and I just didn’t expect someone to spend over 3.5 hours on our kitchen, it’s not a big kitchen. She had a toothbrush out, so maybe she was doing extreme cleaning or something, which is not what we asked for. We needed a simple cleaning right before Christmas. It was so disappointing to have to do it ourselves after she left, because we had guests coming. Also, the maid texted she was done and left 15 minutes early from when she said the clock started. It’s sad to come home to a house that you think is going to be clean and only two rooms are barely done. I’d like to at least say the quality was excellent of what she did do, but in the bathroom she didn’t even move things to clean underneath and ignored the whole commode closet area. If the house was so hard to clean, I would think she would’ve said something about it and how she may not finish it. But there was nothing like that said at all. We talked priorities and she said no problem. I did write an email to the company regarding my concerns and experience. I saw that they called on caller ID, but I never got a message. Sadly I don’t think they were that concerned. Again, it’s not my purpose to bash what is probably a very good company with lots of great reviews. Maybe it was just an unfortunate oversight or misunderstanding, but we do feel a bit taken. Bottom line, we paid $175 for four hours and 45 minutes and barely got two rooms done. Again, it’s just my husband and I and we clean weekly and we pick up after our dogs that are housebroken, so we’re just very disappointed. We’re not looking for compensation or apologies, just wanted to tell others to get a walkthrough quote in advance and make certain expectations are clearly met with a guarantee. Thank you.

I’m writing this review only because I don’t want others to have the same experience we did. First of all, the people are very lovely at Angel Maids and it’s probably a very reputable service. We just didn’t get the satisfaction or guarantee on what the expectations were and don’t feel we were serviced as promised. I was told by the co-owner over the phone, that I would need to have a five hour cleaning of my house and it could be completed in that time. The outcome was that in that time, the kitchen was cleaned and most of the master bath (not even the commode) and she did what she called a light dusting in the master bedroom, but honestly it didn’t even look like anything had been done in the bedroom, lots of dust everywhere. Honestly, I don’t know if she was just a really slow worker or that she thought our house was exceptionally dirty? I truly believe our house is cleaner and less cluttered than many I’ve seen and it just shouldn’t have taken that much time. It’s just my husband and I in a two story, we only live in a few rooms in the house, we clean weekly, but we do have four dogs that come in at night to sleep, so yes there is more dust, floor dirt and dog hair than a house that doesn’t have pets and I did make that clear. Still all in all, the house is kept clean on a regular basis. I really thought I was clear on our needs and I just didn’t expect someone to spend over 3.5 hours on our kitchen, it’s not a big kitchen. She had a toothbrush out, so maybe she was doing extreme cleaning or something, which is not what we asked for. We needed a simple cleaning right before Christmas. It was so disappointing to have to do it ourselves after she left, because we had guests coming. Also, the maid texted she was done and left 15 minutes early from when she said the clock started. It’s sad to come home to a house that you think is going to be clean and only two rooms are barely done. I’d like to at least say the quality was excellent of what she did do, but in the bathroom she didn’t even move things to clean underneath and ignored the whole commode closet area. If the house was so hard to clean, I would think she would’ve said something about it and how she may not finish it. But there was nothing like that said at all. We talked priorities and she said no problem. I did write an email to the company regarding my concerns and experience. I saw that they called on caller ID, but I never got a message. Sadly I don’t think they were that concerned. Again, it’s not my purpose to bash what is probably a very good company with lots of great reviews. Maybe it was just an unfortunate oversight or misunderstanding, but we do feel a bit taken. Bottom line, we paid $175 for four hours and 45 minutes and barely got two rooms done. Again, it’s just my husband and I and we clean weekly and we pick up after our dogs that are housebroken, so we’re just very disappointed. We’re not looking for compensation or apologies, just wanted to tell others to get a walkthrough quote in advance and make certain expectations are clearly met with a guarantee. Thank you.

I had to reschedule my service because the maid didn't call me the night before to tell me when they were coming so I wasn't home when they called the day of. My not being able to schedule a time should've been a red flag but I overlooked it. Today the maid came out and I told her what I needed to be done. As i did the lady who answered the phone and both stated ok. I go into the kitchen to check on her and see that the seasoning is on the counter and tell her that she can put them in the cabinets. She says ma'am all we do is clean. I said how do you clean an apt without organizing? She says I don't think we do that and offers to call the office. She says she called the office but didn't get a response. I told her to leave because I didn't want her doing that wasn't within her job description. I call the company immediately afterwards speak with the same lady who scheduled me and says its up to the maid on what they want to do after I reverified with her my entire reason for hiring them. I said you didn't tell me that when I called! Hell I had to tell you what i wanted because you didn't ask. She didn't even offer an apology. Only stated again that it was up to the maids what they wanted to do and that they wouldn't charge me. No where on their website does it say services are dependent upon weekday the maid is willing to do. Of their are exceptions....bed bugs roaches etc but this type of service is not acceptable and i will not recommend or use their services again

I had Delia come and clean my home almost two weeks ago. She did an amazing job and she is coming back this Saturday. I do believe (as long as she wants to) that I would love for her to clean my home every 2 weeks. With a full-time job and then another part to full-time job on bookwork for our restaurant when I get home, I'm too exhausted to clean on my home. She is truly my lifesaver. She is a very kind and personable lady and she treated my home like she would her own. I have several pets so with that comes pet hair. No problem.....she took care of all of that. EXTREMELY unhappy. We were told to schedule 4 hours to clean JUST the living areas of our small house, and baseboards. The baseboards were not completed, and it was a subpar job on what was done. The ONLY other things touched were the bathroom counters/sinks/tub, and kitchen sink/counter. No vacuuming or dusting. After filing a complaint, we were given another maid to come clean who failed to show up because "the owner forgot to call her" We have asked for a full refund, and hope to get a speedy response.
