Terrible service! Please consider other options when needing disaster repair. When our garage flooded as a result of a busted water pipe at the very beginning of this year, I was devastated as most of my inventory for my business became water damaged and unsellable and many of our family's personal items were destroyed. Abby with Servpro stated they would make it "just like it was before it was flooded." They promised many things including washing the clothes that were damaged, getting the rugs cleaned, photographing the damaged items, repairing the wall and floor, making a list of all expenses incurred to submit to our insurance, and helping us move the damaged items out. I am disabled so it was a relief that someone was going to take care of everything for us. It started off okay but right away I was a bit concerned. They ripped up the wall to get to the pipe and pulled up the flooring but afterwards they left insulation, torn wall paper, drywall, adhesive and the rubber flooring strips everywhere. They brought driers to draw the moisture out, but they were very loud and we were unable to keep our child at home because she could not sleep. We stated we wanted them gone as soon as possible after they did their job in a few days but, when they were supposed to pick them up, on multiple occassions they scheduled a time, so my husband stayed home from work...then they kept making excuses that they were too busy to come get them. Before they even picked up the driers they had filed a $2700 claim with our insurance and after they picked them up, became very difficult to get ahold of. They would not answer their phones or return messages, but they kept sending bills. My husband stopped by to ask them when they were actually going to finish the work and when he finally got in touch with Abby he was told someone would get in touch with him in just a few days. It took 3 months for the workers to come out and just patch the wall that they had ripped up and after their servicemen came out, they still left all the debris. We kept attempting to contact someone at the office to at least send someone to help us fix the floor and catalogue the items and they would not respond. Week after week my husband and I left messages and stopped by their office and no one was ever available. The one time they called back, I was at work and unable to discuss anything with them. I asked that they contact my husband and they never did. The very beginning of August we got a letter from their lawyer stating we needed to pay them in full in less than 2 weeks for $3100. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend that anyone in need of disaster repair looks elsewhere. These people do NOT have your best interests at heart and will only harass you for money. We are still left with a garage in shambles and no easy way to file a claim for all the losses we incurred. Needless to say, we will never recommend or do business with these people again.

5 are confirmed employees, 1 is a relative to an employee, 2 appear to be planted reviews (suspected relatives of employees or from affiliate ServPro locations) and 1 is from what appears to be a customer. Added to my 1 star review and being generous in allowing the 2 obviously planted 5 star reviews to stand, this company should have a 2.5 star rating AT BEST. Do not trust them.
