Brandon did a fantastic job on our carpets including stairs! Words can't even describe the difference in appearance from dirty disgusting looking carpet full of dog hair and stains that wouldn't come out with my vacuum or shampooer. Our carpet looks fluffy and white again like it is supposed to. It smells fresh and clean too. Worth every penny. Thanks again Brandon!

Chem-Dry of Sioux Falls did a fantastic job on my very dirty carpet - dog and grandbabies. :-) Brandon was prompt, courteous and clearly explained the process to me. The carpet was relatively dry when he finished-completely dry now. I loved that I didn't have to pull out fans and wait hours for the carpet to dry & humidity to dissipate which is typical when I used a water-based cleaning service. I will definitely use Chem-Dry in the future!

Chem-Dry cleaned the carpets of our small medical office and they did a phenomenal job! We had another company in previous, and after washing our carpets TWICE, we were left with large streaks and spots. That company told us that our carpet was too far gone to see any improvement. Chem-Dry came in, and after one cleaning, our carpets look like new again! The staff is great as well. Lee is very helpful and the man who worked on our carpet was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Hired this company to come clean our carpets in our home. 2 younger people showed up and came inside to measure rooms before cleaning. Its April and muddy outside. They wore their boots into the house tracking mud, snow, and small rocks up our hardwood floor stairs and into our kitchen. When asked to please take off their boots the politely said no and that they would clean it all up. When asked to simply take off your boots you do not say no to a customer. As they walked back to their van they were told not to bother and to leave. When the office was called the secretary defended them saying they can leave their boots on and that they will clean it up. I meantioned how other companies wear plastic booty covers she said those are too slippery and dangerous. Intek came and didn't even have to bother asking them. They were way more professional. Guess this company was just bought out 2 weeks ago. They have no business being in business. Stay away. If that's how they do business how clean were they actually going to get my carpets? Joke

Staff was great showed up right when they said they would. He did a great job and it was obvious he really cared about his job and that it was done well and right. I am so happy with my results, my carpet feels and smells so good after the cleaning, sanitize, and stain prevention. I highly recommend and will be using them again for sure!

This treatment does NOT work. I had it done 6 months ago. Smelled ok for about 30 days and the smell is back. Don't waste your money!
