We hired this company to do a post construction clean for a client of ours. Bala, the owner, was on top of it! He was very pleasant, easy to talk to and understand, and remembered specific requests. He even checked on his cleaning crew towards the end of the job to make sure quality was above par. The crew did a great job with no dust left on ANY surface. The client was very pleased and wants this company to do her future cleaning. As a fellow business, we will also be calling on Bala and You've Got Maids.

We purchased a 4 hour cleaning and we are not happy! To start with, the maids showed up an hour after the appointment time. While looking over things after they finished, the floor was not vacuumed, hair/dirt were in all bathroom sinks, the cabinets nor appliances were cleaned, dirt remained on the window sills after wiping, I wiped a hand full of dust off baseboards, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE!

This is my first time using a cleaning service and definitely won't be the last! I booked a move-out cleaning and I have never seen my house so spotless! We have 2 dogs and you can't even tell- there is no hair anywhere and the house smells great. I was so impressed that I fully expect to use them again in my new home!

I got a call that they were coming out to clean my home for free due to me having breast cancer and going through brutal chemo. The three women that showed up were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. My home was super clean when they finished. Truly a great experience and everyone is nice and professional. Would not even give it a one star if I could I worked with this company and it was very unprofessional maids where talking badly about each other and then acting like they liked the person,snuck phones into the houses and used them while on the job,took too many smoke breaks,and talked badly about clients I didn’t not enjoy my time working here and the way people are treated is even worse especially if we got yelled at by management I would not recommend applying to you’ve got maids or even hiring the business to clean houses I did not feel comfortable working here what’s so ever it all seemed very sketchy and too good to be true which I later found out that it was too good to be true.

DO. NOT. HIRE. I wish I could give negative stars. First of all, I tried for over 2 weeks to call and schedule an appt (I got a coupon, otherwise I would have not even bothered to call a second time). Left several emails, messages, voice mails. No response. No one is responsible. No one's seems to be in the office. Ever. Scheduling office can't help either. FINALLY when I left yet another voicemail saying, I'd leave a bad review, they called me back within an hour. The guy was super rude to me and just told me they had to let go of people so they can't take new customers. I asked if they had to let go of so many people they can't even return a phone call? He hung up on me without a word. Informed groupon about this, luckily I could get a refund. WILL NEVER EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THEM.
