the three ladies that came for our first time cleaning did a very good job. My only concern was that the bathroom in our in-law-suite was not cleaned. They may have misunderstood that there was a bath in that section. I will show them where it is so that they will not overlook it again.

The Cleaning Authority of West Columbia is truly a remarkable business. With any cleaning business coming into my home, I am was extremely wary. Rightly so. I had some terrible cleaning companies doing my home before I took a chance on the Cleaning Authority. Marie is my team leader. She is here with every clean. I do not have to worry about continuity or lack of communication. She is always here with a partner or two. With my last visit, on May 16th 2019, Alena teamed up with Marie and they got the job done thoroughly and quickly. And I don't mean my house was kinda clean. It was EXTREMELY clean and I am very picky. Eduardo and Carol Lemos are the owners of the West Columbia Cleaning Authority franchise. They have been incredibly responsive over the years to whatever issues have arisen. They are also responsive to their employees when they are out on a clean - whether its replacing a faulty vacuum cleaner or helping to search for an EXTREMELY large spider which had taken up residence in our bedroom. And that gives me peace of mind as I have come to care for and deeply respect my cleaning crew. I want to know their employers are treating them right. Do I have reservations about referring friends and family and neighbors and total strangers to the Cleaning Authority? None. Give them a call, please. A clean home is a gift you can give to yourself and your family for less than you might expect. . And with Eduadro and Carol Lemos at the helm to guide wonderful employees like Marie and Alena, you really can't go wrong.

I will have to say that the first time that they cleaned our house I thought that I had come into a hotel. They do such a professional job. They are very personable and do a fantastic job. Carol, was super helpful with any questions I had and super nice. My boyfriend hired them to clean the home that we live in together. The first crew was terrible. Nothing was cleaned or even wiped down correctly or at all. They came smelling like cigarettes, and looked raggedy. Another crew came out 2 weeks later and still missed obvious things. Didn't wipe anything down, didn't clean any of the windows. We then walked into the bedroom and noticed they folded the clothes. Something we did not ask nor want them to do. I don't like my boyfriends or my kids clothes being touched by anyone but me and I do not appreciate the fact that 2 different crews came out and neither one did anything they were asked to do. I do not recommend hiring this company it is a waste of money.
