I had an expensive item purchased in Europe damaged by the cleaning crew. The OWNER, Rick Barton, fired ME as his customer because of my complaint! He checked with the cleaning crew on the damage (based on incorrect information he created, not supplied by me) and was told that they did not damage the item. Of course not, not even in the same room! Also, the representation that you will get a consistent team cleaning in your home is a complete lie, if anyone wants to see the variety of cleaning crews we received over a few years of service, happy to let you know. Unfortunately I think Mr. Barton is a new business owner that does not understand how to deal with customers.

The Cleaning Authority has been a wonderful addition to our life. The ladies that come to clean are all very pleasant and do a magnificent job of cleaning. Their policy of doing a deep cleaning on a different room every time they come in addition to their regular clean on the rest of the house means that my house gets a total "spring clean" every couple of months. The do a wonderful job and I have never had a single complaint. Stephanie and Isabel were great today. The house just sparkles!

Trust me when I say do not work for this company if I could give zero stars I would. They will also lie to make themselves look good. If you read everyone’s comments you would see that they fake apologize then right after try to assassinate your character. They can never keep workers because the company is ran so poorly. just be careful when applying for this job!!!!
