I've used different cleaning services over the years and they always fall into a rut where they clean the same things each time and ignore everything else. Cleaning Authority has a rotation system where things that need to be cleaned each time are done and things that don't need cleaning each time like vacuuming blinds or dusting baseboards and around doors are done every other or third time; eventually everything is cleaned after a couple of visits including things other services would start to ignore. My team is Brittany M., April S. and Makala C. and they are the best. They show up on time and get right down to work and I give them an A++++.

The Cleaning Authority is a great service - IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN YOUR HOUSE. They are an *all-natural* cleaning service that uses very low chemicals (just water from the cleans we got) and is environmentally friendly. They ONLY clean at eye-level. If you have anything that requires reaching overhead, forget it. They will not pick up ANYTHING on the floor. If the kids dropped a Lego, it is still there when they are done and that section of the floor is left unclean. If there is a sheet of paper on your table, they will not wipe the table. It's basically like asking your five-year old to clean for you. I even left a bug on the floor today (I know, ew, gross! just to see if they would vacuum it up - NOPE!), and it was still there this afternoon. The manager/ owner did offer to clean our house again tonight at DINNER time and then cancel our service for us because they were not going to be able to dust my tea services (that I can reach fine) or my range hood (which I can reach 3/4 of on my feet). SERIOUSLY?! He said that they tried to dust with a duster, but the grease made it sticky; I left 409 on the counter for them to use because this has been an issue. He should have told us this WHEN WE SIGNED OUR CONTRACT. I feel cheated out of quite a bit of money. Our window sills are horribly dusty and dirty. My house is no better off today than it was six weeks ago when we paid for a deep clean and weekly services. DO NOT USE CLEANING AUTHORITY

They do the bare minimum. Yes your house is clean, but a basic wipe down clean. It’s the small things that like not cleaning the ceiling in the shower, not dusting the entire top of my dresser behind the tv, not leaving the sheet of paper telling me what they cleaned, not dusting the window ledges and not making the beds. They were inconsistent and that was frustrating considering I paid $110 a week. For that amount I expected something a little more.

Do not work for this company they do not care about their employees while I worked there all the employees grumbled and complained the workers worked hard but were unhappy. I injured my elbow I reported day of and after. The lady below is stated things correctly the workers or not to pick up anything left in the floors.

I have been very pleased with the work of Sabrina and Amber. Over the past 30 years I've had a variety of cleaning people and The Cleaning Authority is one of the very best. I have two cats, so cat hair can be a real problem, but they do a great job of getting it off of the furniture and floors. I love that they clean the inside of my microwave and dust off the tops of my books. They even shine the chrome on my toaster! I've been very happy with their work.

I've have been very happy with my Cleaning Authority Team - Brittany M. and April S. They are very friendly and always do a really excellent job. I feel like they go above ad beyond most times and will even make the beds for me if they are unmade. I've even had people comment on how spotless my house looks.

Worst customer service ever. I had 2 "cleanings" and that will be all. I will post the email I sent to David, the manager or franchisee which was never responded to, as well as 2 calls to the office. If I can post corroborating pictures I will as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Dave, I have some issues that need to be addressed. My service with cleaning authority did not start out well when it took almost a month before my first cleaning after I signed on with your service. After 3 phone calls, I was finally given a date for the first cleaning. I then never heard back or was given a date for my second one. Then on June 26 2 women showed up at my house to clean. I informed them that I was not aware they were coming, and had a doctors appointment. They then said my cleaning would be rescheduled. After 2 weeks of hearing from no one. I had to call again. No one there was aware of a reschedule. So they scheduled me for july 16. That has me going from may 26 until july 16 without a cleaning due to scheduling incompetence. 2 ladies showed up yesterday. They were very nice, but only here for about an hour and a half. After they left I found a blue scrub brush left near my sink that is not mine, I dont know what it was used to clean but it was left right near my sink where I brush my teeth. I found an empty clorax toilet cleaner container empty on top of my toilet which left a blue ring that was not there before. Basicly leaving my toilet visibly dirtier than it was before. In my bonus room, I had a bowl, and cup just stacked and left on the table, and another empty can left on it. I have mud from my dogs on walls that was never touched, and my baseboards have dirt and dog hair on them, and were never touched. Even something as simple as the end of my bed frame was not wiped and left dirty. After the first cleaning in may, I found an open half drank red bull in my bedroom. I did not mention it before because I didnt want to complain but since more things were left around this time I'll mention that as well. I have attached pictures to show you what I saw. I dont pay to have my house cleaned to find more trash, dirty walls, unwiped areas, trash stacked neatly in my house. I also signed for monthly cleaning and went over a month and a half without a cleaning. When I finally got one it left spots in my house more dirty than they were before. At this time I either need some sort of refund, or discount on future cleanings, and someone to come and clean what was not cleaned yesterday at no charge, or I would like to cancel my service with you. I am not happy with almost any aspect of the work that has been done here. Please see the pics I have attatched.

I have had the pleasure of having Brittany M and April S as my cleaning team for quite some time now. They are always polite, courteous and meet me at the door with a smile. They are familiar with my home now and always know what is to be done that week and get right to it. I have had many cleaning people over many years and I must say these two girls rank near the top in everything they do. Brittany and April know I'm pretty elderly and lonely much of the time and if they have finished their work with a few minutes to spare they give me those few minutes and I call it "ME" time. Two girls with ambition, talent and big hearts!

Not a good place to work for at all. First of all Marisol failed to let me know the actual pay rate which is 12.00 only inside the house and 8$ when outside the houses. Only 27 cent a mile also if you miss a day your pay goes to 11 and if you miss 2 days it’s 10.00 per hour. If I had known I would not have took this job. She also never answers the phone and was mad because I called in but I had a doctors note but she failed to even ask she just sent me a long text message basically firing me but in actuality I was coming back and the main reason is my paychecks were never right . Looking at my gross then what I bring home would be double sometimes triple the amount of taxes I normally get charged while carrying 3 dependents. Brought this to Dave’s attention and threatened to go to a lawyer my check finally came out right but I’m still missing a lot of money from previous checks. I think I’m the only person who has actually saw a legit check stub and that’s because I have bills to pay and I don’t play about my money but everyone else has never seen one and thats against the law Also the team is nothing but a bunch of young white girls who do drugs drive wreckless and they are supposed to be team leads but they don’t train properly. So would I recommend this job to any one absolutely not they are stealing money from the employees which is the main cause of me leaving this company . I work hard for my money and I be damned if I let them keep taking it!
