I was faced with an overwhelming task with no time left. The home was a disaster and it had to be in immaculate condition by morning. The molding was black, there were dust balls the size of tumble weeds, and vents clogged with dirt. It was a 4,000 sq ft disorganized and dirty home. I spent hours calling cleaning companies for emergency same day service. I was about to give up but tried calling one more company. I called R&S House Cleaning Service and Rose answered. Like the other companies, they were already booked for the day. After listening to my story, Rose said, “let me see what I can do”. In less than one hour, Rose showed up with Lina, Alla, Sergey and Larrisa...and for five hours these wonderful people cleaned every nook and cranny from the ceilings to the floors. Everything shined. It was literally breathtaking. When it comes to quality, value for the money, responsiveness and customer service, R&S House Cleaning Service stands out above the rest. This company will be everything you never expected or knew you needed. You will never want to use anyone else to clean your home.

Really amazing service. I Did the final walkthrough on a newly purchased house and realized it needed a deep clean. I called R&S on a tuesday and they Made room for me on Thursday. The house was expertly cleaned for a great price. Will definitely use them again.

The owner was friendly on the phone but she mislead me and told me things that were not correct. She talked me into doing a deep clean because she said it was a better deal and listed all the things the ladies would clean. I was told they don't use dusters which was important to me. However, they did and when I looked at the duster it was very dirty. I asked them to change it and they said they did not have anymore and that I was supposed to supply them. I was also told by the owner that they would clean all the window seals which they did not. I was a new customer and she did not even come by or call to see how they did. She wanted the check when the ladies left and I made the mistake of giving it to them without checking everything but we have 2 new puppies and my concern at the time was watching them and keeping them away from the cleaning chemicals odor for their safety. I let the owner know that I was not pleased with the outcome and she apologized and said they could come back out and I would get a 20% discount. Why would I do this if I was not happy the first time? I have now found a housekeeper that I am extremely pleased with unlike this one. Very disappointed!!

I am very happy that my sister told me about this company. They are wonderful, the team that cleaned my house was very nice and worked non stop from start to finish. They actually pick things up and clean under them. My house smelled of lemons for days. Since the owner was out of town, she called and checked on the cleaning twice and asked if I wanted her to stop by when she gets back the next day. The only issue I had is that they do not supply vacuums, and even that is for our safety due to that vacuums can spread spider and bug eggs. Was happy to supply my own vacuum after I heard her explanation. Very happy with my experience and have been for almost 6 months. Highly recommend this cleaning company.

These ladies have been cleaning our home for over 8 years! I absolutely love working with them. The prices they charge are VERY fair for the amount of work they do. The ladies have always been so courteous to us and very sweet to my children too! They are also extremely flexible, which is wonderful for our busy schedules. When you first use them, they will do a "deep clean" of your home in order to get your home in tip-top shape. We use them every two weeks now. I love coming home after they have cleaned! :)

11:20am I just called and I was not greeted in a professional manner the person finally said hello after waiting 30 seconds in complete silence
