We have been extremely busy this past week on top of an automobile collision which made our already busy lives a little crazier! In saying so our home sat on the back burner along with the laundry and dishes piling up we got behind and felt overwhelmed with the exhaustion of our already busy lives so we gave Precision Clean a call not only did they book us for the next day they sent two awesome ladies Brittany and Jade. I thought the women that clean my house were very kind and sweet. I wasn’t happy with the cleaning and they had to come back. I did the moving deal and it was a disappointment. My 10 year old son could have done a better job. Other than they were sweet and they came back to finish what wasn’t done the first time. I wouldn’t recommend them. The only reason they got two stars is because they came back to give it another shot. For the price it wasn’t worth it.

The cleaning was adequate. For professional cleaners, they did not do as good a job as I was expecting. I for the $350 I paid to have the house cleaned, I should not have had to point out anything that needed to be done or re-done. I know some will say that I am being too picky, but if I am paying for a service, I expect it to at minimum, meet expectations. It's not like I had a couple of friends come over and help. This was a professional service. For a company that does this every day, the job done was not as expected.

I’m a college student and got a 3 hour cleaning for a House I’ve recently moved into. Kendra came out and did a fantastic job while I was gone at class! I walked in and instantly smelt a difference, as well as saw a huge difference in our floors. I’d left some things out, just out of habit not meaning for her to pick them up for me, and she folded blankets and put dishes away as well as cleaned them! My bathrooms spotless, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Definitely choose Precision Clean if you’re looking for a cleaning company who goes above and beyond! P. S. We have used the service for a couple months. They come every other week. They Are responsive an reasonably priced. I am gone for work a lot. I don’t want to spend what little time I have at home scrubbing toilets that my Family didn’t clean. They also do very well with our pet in the kennel while they clean. I arrived to my daughter's home today while Allie was finishing up and I couldn't get over how wonderful the house smelled. Then I started checking out Allie's work and I really couldn't believe how she truly cleaned every inch of that home. I actually went and snooped all around the house for areas I thought she would miss and I admit I was totally impressed with the level of detail. Totally worth a 5-star rating! Thoroughly impressed!

Jennifer, Allie, and Kendra came by yesterday and did a great job!!! No chemical smell, great baseboard hand clean, all awesome, the girls did a great job. Reasons for the -1 star: -One girl got held up at another appointment, came in awhile after the other girls. I think this lead to a couple small things being missed, some doors not wiped down in the bedrooms, not big, but when they're cleaning large houses, they need all hands on deck. A key thing that I think suffered here was the oven. At first look it looked great, glass top was awesome, but the inside where the door touches, and the racks could have been hit a lot more. There is pristine surface, and then a millimeter later buildup that can be scraped off. I chalk this up to their time constraint, as we were already a half hour past 5pm. I told the girls I was fine, do what they needed to do, but I think they either had another appointment or were off for the day. The 95% of the oven that got done was perfect, but the little bit that was missed stands out. A couple of minutes and I got the rest. -Pricing. For taking off an entire large room, all closets, and a few services, the price didn't change much. North of 3 large for what boiled down to vaccuming up pet fur, wiping down surfaces, and dusting is pretty high. Other quotes I had were about $100 cheaper, but this place came highly recommended so I wanted to try Precision Clean. I would still highly recommend, but I will most likely only call back for a hard deep clean once a year, and get someone else for the small every other month or so touch ups I want, dusting, toilets, dog fur. I don't think it's economical to have repeat service often. -Get the girls pumice stones, or something to clean the toilets more efficiently. Lexington has hard water. I will give the girls credit, they scrubbed the toilets for a large amount of time and got them looking good. But the ring is still on one built up pretty high, the other looks new, the 3rd bathroom hinges looks like someone smeared mud on the bottom. I got it out myself using a 2 liter of soda and 5 minutes of scrubbing with a fine pumice stone. They did the best they could with what they had but they definitely were on this for a long time. Definitely not a knock on their service, I enjoyed the team, they moved things i didn't expect, stacked, __they did amazing__. Just wasn't economically where I'd have liked it to have been. Work on pricing, scheduling, and I would definitely be back.
