They've come three times now (every six months) and did a great job every time. Be sure to really look everything over very carefully. One time one of the ladies didn't move any of my objects, she just dusted around them so I didn't realize it until later in the day. But, other than that, they are excellent. btw: They also did my mom's house a few times and did the final clean when we sold the house and they were so good!

Definitely do not recommend for move in/out services. Was charged for the full 2 1/2 hour cleaning, and they clearly missed things.... vents not touched and closets not cleaned. A call would have been nice too stating services are complete and are you happy with your services??..

Highly unprofessional!! My wife and I wanted to use their service because we saw great reviews but they NEVER showed up or even called back to reschedule. We had them on our schedule for over a month and they called us the morning of to inform us that they had numerous call outs and wouldn’t be able to come. That would not have been a problem but it has now been over a week and still no return phone call. They actually deserve no stars but sadly the lowest I can give is one.

My wife has been deployed for seven months now and while working full time, going to school full time, and taking care of our two children I was running out of time to take care of the "around the house" chores. When they did get done they were taking time away from doing what I needed to do (homework, prepare for the next day, cook, etc). We started with Molly Maid about six months ago and I haven't had any issues with them at all. Every time I've come home while they were cleaning they've been friendly and cordial. When I did mention a specific area (baseboard area of kitchen cabinets) that I didn't feel was being cleaned to the standard they set I discussed it with the owner and I haven't had that problem since. I've never had any issues and they've done such a great job that they've not only earned the money they've charged but they've earned my family and my trust. Highly Recommend!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They were atrocious. Showed up 45 minutes late, after getting a guaranteed arrival time of 8:30. They only vacuumed ONE room and cleaned one of my 2 bathrooms. Did not clean my floor, oven, etc. My house was empty- this should have been the easiest job in the world for them. In the end, I was charged for 3.5 hours of work (DOING WHAT??) and when I complained, the customer service rep blamed me for having a dog that shed excessively. Which is why I hired the maids to begin with. All blame was placed on me and it was overall the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered- and I work in the business world. To top it off, the key that I gave them was the incorrect key (my fault), but they did not call me to tell me this and consequently locked me out of my home resulting in me having to call a locksmith. Once again, no apology for that either, besides blaming me for giving them the incorrect key....even though they could have called me and inform me of the mix up. I would have happily come to lock up after them. I filed a BBB complaint, and the owner's response was the same as the customer service rep- completely my fault and I am essentially to blame for my dissatisfaction. DO NOT USE THEM. I recommend absolutely anyone else. My property manager said the same thing. Time after time they do not do a complete job and they fail to completely clean every house she had worked with. She refuses to use them any more, as do I. Save yourself money and the time it will take to re-clean your home. Look elsewhere.

I dont have to tell them anything when they get here, they get right to work and know exactly what and how we want our house to be done. Base boards have not been cleaned in months, the towel racks have not been cleaned in months, they were here on Nov 8, 2016 and the laundry room was not cleaned at all, nothing was done in there. The bathtub and shower drains are not being cleaned properly. They are not dusting the pictures and cleaning the glass on the them or the china cabinet doors inside and out. The rugs in the kitchen were not shaken out very well and they were left out doors on the banister of the porch. They are not using what I asked them to use on the floors. They leave the shower curtains open and I have asked them to pull them back together when they finished cleaning behind them. They are not putting the blinds back in place after they lift them up. They are not cleaning the mirrows very good. They are not cleaning the mirrows on the walls. They are not dusting the picture frames at all. They half dust the fans, they half dust the furniture. They don't hang the rugs back on the tile in the bathroom. The blinds are not being cleaned that well. They are not cleaning the blinds at the front door and the glass behind them. They are not doing a very good job of cleaning the framework of the doors with the glass in them on the outside. That is all I can think of for now.

Garbage!!! They shoved trash under the couch. Lied about what they were offering. Broke a statue and had the nerve to try to only give me sales price on it like I’m not due that. They half cleaned and they sent 2 people to do a deep clean in an apartment and only vacuumed the living room, where they shoved the trash under the couch instead of picking it up, and cleaned the bathrooms which one is a half bath and dusted the fan in my room and said that took two hours. Tried to charge for another hour and my kids could have done a better job. They are trash I have had my house cleaned before when moving and the staff did everything they said they would and charged less. I’m a working woman I have the money but I’ll only pay for service that is worth it and that isn’t it.

We had pulled in because our car was overheating and we are parked in the parking lot we are pouring antifreeze while we were doing so the manager owner I don’t know who he was he came up to us and he said “why did you not pull into the gas station right across the street” “why did you pull in here and park” so instead of offering to HELP US, he then told us to please leave the property because it’s restricted property although we were doing nothing wrong except fixing our car because of the overheat! I would NEVER use their service due to their poor mannered attitudes, never ever expect them to help you in ANY situation.

Would not recommend Molly Maids! The first time they came to clean they didn’t vacuum the rug in the main room and missed cleaning the bathroom mirror. I called since it was the initial cleaning (was expensive), and they said they would send someone the next day. Subsequent cleanings were about the same - something was missed each time. I didn’t complain, but I guess I should have so I could have gotten my monies worth. Finally, today I called to let them know that they missed most of the furniture as far as dusting; the floors were splotchy from their mopping; the mirror and glass in the master bathroom was not completely cleaned and they didn’t clean the blinds or around the fireplace. I called and cancelled the service explaining why, and the woman offered to have them come out and clean again saying that was their guarantee. That should be a red flag there if they offer that. I guess if I had done that each time, I might’ve gotten my monies worth.

Total disappointment. I was putting my house on the market and I thought a reputable company would be the best way to go. I called molly maid for a quote and then set up an appointment for two weeks later because that was the earliest they could get me in (First week in nov 2018). I had no problem with that, I even pushed back the date to have my real estate agent list the house. A few days before my appt, I emailed the office to get confirmation of their arrival and figure out how to get the key to them since I live two hours from Columbia now. Everything was confirmed and set. The day of, I placed the key for them where we agreed and started my two-hour drive home. An hour before they were to arrive and clean, and as I’m pulling into my driveway, I get a call from their office. They stated that the workers had called in sick. Ok, no problem, I understand. However, their solution was to get my house cleaned sometime after thanksgiving. Unacceptable. They did not provide any other solutions. They did not apologize. And my house was vulnerable because my key was left for the cleaners and I couldn’t get back to pick it up until later. Molly maid truly disappointed me. I went against my gut to use one of those smaller guys companies to save money, and instead Molly Maid cost me time AND money.
