I am terribly disappointed with the 2 girls who were here Wednesday. They did what I asked them to do like clean the elevator and use Bona on the hardwoods. However, they were in and out so quickly that they missed essential things. They did not dust the banister in the entry way, the tall vases on the floor in front of the fireplace, or my night stands in the master bedroom, or the glass topped table in the loft. They did not clean the toilet or the floor in the upstairs bath (not the master). I have 2800 square feet so it should take them some time. They were in and out in 40 minutes. Please send someone else next time. I'll give Molly Maid one more chance. If I'm not pleased then I'll need to find someone else.

I do not recommend them. They didn't do what we requested them to do, pulled our blinds down, and proceeded to charge us the full amount, making it feel like they did us a favor. They left me feeling robbed.

Terrible service, employee's were here for four hours and basically just vacuumed and wiped a few blinds. Not at all what I paid for, would not recommend using this service.

Molly Maid has been cleaning our home for over a year; they call to tell us they are on the way, every one of the ladies has been hard working and they do an excellent job. Hopefully, they will continue for years to come. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

The driver this morning was either drunk or unqualified to be driving a vehicle. The driver was swerving lane to lane, and almost caused a serious accident by running a truck out of his lane. Location HWY 17 | Plate: JHI 630

I had them clean my house twice. Certain things were missed that I noticed but other than that they were fine. The cleaning job was ok but the ceiling fan in the kitchen was damaged and they didn't have the decency to let me know. The cleaning would get a 80 from me, but the service of honesty and little attention to detail has given them a 20.

I debated leaving a review and then debated how many stars they deserved. I had 2 maids come for what was supposed to be a deep clean, after they left my husband and I saw SO many things that were missed included cobwebs, dirt, mirror streaks. The next day they sent another maid and I voiced my concerns and issues. She re-cleaned and it was still only mediocre. Not only was the cleaning not great they also left rags and cleaning brushes around my house during both visits. I should also mention that I made everything in the home easy accessible (moved furniture, picked up all clutter, etc). I asked for a partial refund for the poor service but they told me it was not possible. I will not use them again or recommend them

They did a mediocre job and threw away some of our dishes and curtains. They claimed that because it was a move-out clean they clear the house out. However, I told them before the clean that we were still finishing things up! We lost some very valuable things and they refunded us in the end but it was a very bad experience and in no way would I recommend them.

I had never contacted a housecleaning service prior to Molly Maid last week. My house is 1200 square foot and the two ladies from Molly Maid that cleaned my house did an excellent job! The total cost was much cheaper than most other places I had called and they set me up with an appointment very quickly. It has been 10 years since I lived in my house and I wanted to do something to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of my living in it so I contacted Molly Maid. Right away, I was given specific details on what exactly they would clean, dust, etc. They did that and so much more! I was pleasantly surprised at the work they did and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone who is interested.

I have used Molly Maids for years and have had multiple service teams. On Monday, Sept. 16, I was especially grateful when one of the team members told me that an upstairs toilet was leaking. She also turned the water off to the tank. Being in an upstairs bathroom, the problem might not have been noticed until gallons of damage had been done. (I imagined replacing floors and then ceiling in the first floor kitchen.) Thank you Molly Maid for the conscientious response.

I have used many different maid services in the Charleston area but have been with molly maid for a while now. Last week they did the worst clean I’ve seen yet. The new girl who introducd herself, (Karen or Kailey) was cleaning my bathroom, after going into my bathroom I realised it was not cleaned at all. She was too drunk or high on something to even hold a conversason with me. it’s a shame to because I thought I finaly found my maid service but they just cant get the job done like they used too.

They did a move out clean and it was super clean with the appliances so clean they looked brand new! The rental office said it was the best looking move out they had in months!

First of all they called at 8:30 am stating they were on their way. The original time was supposed to be at 2 pm. This was corrected and they showed up at 2:30 pm. The cleaning was supposed to be a move out clean so I was charged an addition $75. The cleaning was poorly done, even the top of the refrigerator was not even wiped. We have a cabinet with glass shelves that was not even touched and had to go behind and clean them again.
