The crews that come in are always very friendly and sweet. They go a good job, the house looks and feels wonderful when they are done. I love the extra touches like when I need a bed made up and they put such thought and care into arranging the covers and pillows so nicely. I also appreciate the heads up email the day before the cleaning. I have it on my calendar, but it reminds me to prepare the house and make sure we all have plans for the following day.

One star maybe too much here. We were sold a "deep clean" package that included (from their post card of services and their website) wipe down cabinets, dust blinds, clean under cushions, etc. As you can see by the photos, none of this was done. After a call and email into the office, they sent out the same crew a second time and I met them. As I pointed out the problem areas, I was told that "if I cannot reach it, I will not clean it." Hence the reason most of our cabinets went undone. However, the pictures show the bottom cabinets, doors and columns, which are all below hip level, where not cleaned either. I reached out to management, asked for some money back and we cancelled any future service. Their response was to offer a small refund and they resent another crew, even after we had already cancelled. The refund was for about 1/3 of what we paid. We will never use Molly Maid again. RESPONSE TO BELOW: Never once did we "threaten to leave a negative review" and ask for for a "full refund" in the same sentence, let alone EVER. We asked for a "fair" refund and did not feel what you sent was close to fair. I will be very happy to post the email exchange upon request. What is unethical is stating you have a "100% Satisfaction GUARANTEE" and then leave a customer 100% dissatisfied. Shameful!
