Team 10 (led by Heather) cleans my townhome every other week and does a great job. The ladies are efficient, thorough, and trustworthy. I'm usually not home when they come by, but any special requests left via a note on the counter are always taken care of. They recently cleaned right before I had houseguests for a week. I have two cats, and one guest is allergic-- this was the first time ever that she's been able to stay over with no allergy issues! It's great that Molly Maid keeps the same team coming each time, and calls beforehand if that team will be unavailable. From reading other reviews it sounds like there are plenty of great teams, but I like knowing and having met the team, especially since I'm usually not home when they come. I always know my house is in great hands with Heather and Team 10! The office is very accessible & the staff friendly, I've never had any trouble getting in touch with questions or rescheduling an appointment.

I always like my home to feel clean. They worked with me until came to something amicable. Wish I could give Molly maids zero stars. I hired them and the first clean was horrible the floors upstairs were still dirty as were the stairs with dog prints, the oven was not cleaned even tho that was supposed to be a part of the deep cleaning, the living room was never dusted etc, I called and they volunteered to come re-clean, they sent the same people out who did the bad job the first time, hence the re-clean was no better than the original. I spoke to the owner and was given a new team for the next clean, figured maybe I just got a bad team. They came yesterday and did another terrible job. The floors downstairs were not vacuumed, the stairs were dirty, the upstairs closet floors were covered in dust, the downstairs was never mopped. I started to look around there were cobwebs in corners, the kitchen and bathroom counters were still dirty. So after I paid alot of money to have the house cleaned I came home from work and had to start cleaning myself. I pulled up my security log and realized they were only at my house for 47 minutes how is a 3 bed and 3 bath home cleaned properly in 47 minutes? I called the office this morning and after tell them all of my issues the response was we can re-clean, well that is not helpful to me when nothing was actually accomplished last time. The response I than received when I said I wanted to terminate services was "we have 600 clients, maybe you just can't be pleased". Excuse me? Because I want what I pay for to be actually completed? That is the worst customer service! Don't waste your money, I had a private cleaning woman before who was amazing, she moved or else I would have never had this horrific experience with Molly maids. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The below pic was my upstairs only 2 days after they supposedly cleaned from my roomba...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been with Molly Maid for over a year and I have been completely dissatisfied. I have spoken with different managers and the owners in the past in order to have things taken care of. Today i spoke with their quality manager (Ashley i believe) who just acted like she could careless about my business, issues, or resolving anything. The "clean" that occurred didn't include vacuuming, dusting, fans... just really really sad I trusted this company and they treated a good paying customer this way. They say they are going to show between a certain time and they do not. They come whenever they want. They also have rescheduled my cleans more times than not. Look for a different cleaning company. Further more my husband said our cleaner showed up last week and looked high on something.

We hired this maid service to clean our rental property that we'd lived in only 2 months prior to purchasing our home. The house is 1800sqft, was completely empty and pretty clean to start with. We just needed them to do a thorough cleaning to remove dust, wipe down counters, windows, etc. to appease the rental agency. They assure us all the items we needed done would be taken care of however they only cleaned 1/2 of the house upon inspection. I went by to clean the oven (since they don't) and ended up having to do the following: Wipe down all baseboards, kitchen counters, windows, sills, mantel, chair rail, cabinets and clean the laminate floors. They didn't even touch any of the items just listed! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because after my husband had a tough conversation with them about the 1 1/2 hours I had to spend cleaning AFTER they did their "deep clean" they did give us a partial refund.
