They use natural ingredients and very little water which is also carbonated (think: club soda for a stain), so it dries super fast. Tom did a fantastic job as usual. We have been using Moen Chem-Dry for about 5 years now for carpet and upholstery (sofa) cleaning. We usually have cleanings done about three times per year. They always arrive on schedule and are very accommodating. Tom does a great job. We have only had to have him return once after a spot resurfaced, and he came back within a day or two and took care of it for us with no question and no extra charge. Excellent customer service!

We were referred to Moen Chem Dry and they do a nice job cleaning carpets, but they have lost my business because they have damaged some of the corners in my house from their equipment and will not do anything to correct the situation. I called the owner and spoke to them indicating that we had an issue with the corners in our house and they sent someone out to take pictures. Then when I called to check on the status, they indicated that there's no way their technician could have caused it, that it was normal wear and tear and they were not responsible. When I indicated the corners were not in that state before the technician arrived and the technician had not started cleaning carpets with any corner guards on, they stated that it was not true, there were corner guards used and it was not their problem. The technician started using 2 corner guards on the downstairs corners part way into cleaning the upstairs. The upstairs corners are the worst. I attached a before photo and some after photos for you guys to see....please be careful of letting someone into your house that may cause more issues than they fix! Sad because they would have kept my business and anyone I knew if they had handled this properly. I will now always take before photos before I have any work done inside my home and these guys will most certainly not be invited back.

I've given my business to various local cleaners in the area, but am most impressed with Moen's process. From the courteous booking agent, to the highly professional technicians, my experience with this company was superior. My carpets never looked, felt, or smelled this good!

The work was very good quality, I am pleased. It was completed in 2 hrs., took 3 hrs. to dry. I called on Friday, the service was provided the next Monday. The technician was prompt, on time. What I am not pleased about is the way the estimate/billing was handled. I had called the Moen office, told the woman (Jana, the owner)exactly what areas I wanted cleaned. I told her that I had a card from Moen received in the mail that stated a price of $98 for three areas. I asked about cleaning the stairs (15) and landing too. She told me that would be $57.50 more, a total of $155.50. I agreed to this and set up the appointment. When the service technician came, he told my husband that he needed to look at the areas to be cleaned to come up with an estimate. He then came to me to give me a card explaining the three levels of cleaning they offer. I told him that I wanted the basic level. He told me it would be $242. I told him of the conversation I had with the Moen office and the quote of $155.50. He asked me if I had spoken to Jana, the owner. I told him I did. When I told him that if I was going to be charged $242, I did not want the work done. He then changed the bill to $155.50. All of this should not have been necessary. Apparently, the technician did not know what I wanted done and what the cost was, as agreed to in my phone call with the owner. I strongly recommend that the business change its practice: give the technician the paperwork of what the customer wants done as well as the cost agreed to by the business and customer. Anyone who uses Moen should clarify the agreed to charges before the work starts.

I am very pleased with the services that were provided in my home last week. Our technician was Tom and he was extremely courteous, informative, and thorough. He cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms and also the upholstery on two couches. I was very pleased with how stains came out and the entire process was pleasant. The appointment was moved around to work with my baby's nap schedule which was very convenient. Tom arrived on time and took time to explain everything to me and then I was impressed by to care he took to place bumpers around furniture and door frames for the cord. He worked efficiently and when I caught a spot that he missed, he attended to it right away. With two dogs and a baby, I will be using this service again and will request Tom! Thank you for doing a fantastic job.
