Love Fridays when I get home and the Minit Maid has been there. The house seems to sparkle and I get a good feeling that my home has been taken care of by a team who takes pride in their work. We have pets so it takes extra effort to make sure the hair on the floor is gone. Thanks to the entire Minit Maid crew from the person who schedules the cleaning to the last person out the door who makes sure it's locked .

When Minit Maids first came to my apartment, I was highly skeptical that I'd be impressed. I didn't think it was possible for somebody to make my apartment look cleaner than it did the day I moved in. They completely blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly when I communicate with them and the team that comes to my apartment continually leave me awestruck. I have gotten to where my favorite day of the month is the day I come home after they've visited. I look forward to getting home all day. They have taken such a weight off my shoulders and do such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this service to anyone I know. Fantastic work, incredibly friendly staff. They are miracle workers.

Minit Maids of Charlotte NC quoted a $400 to $500 range to clean my home, called and tried to raise it to as high as $800 after they started and tried to bill me for time they spent at absurdly high rate of $37.50 per hour per person, you can find honest and excellent people for $20 per hour all day long! Owner was a complete jerk, avoid Minit Maids!

I recently used Minit Maids since I have used them in the past couple of years. While the cleaning was performed very well inside the house, I was surprised to find that the garage, which I had requested to be swept, was not cleaned at all. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the owner of the local franchise called me to explain how the cleaning took longer, and agreed that they should have a done a better job of communicating with me to get the garage cleaned. The owner offered a discount and to come back to clean the garage. While I did not take up the offer, the fact that the owner called to address my concerns indicated that at least they are concerned about their reputation. As a result, I have changed my initial 2-star feedback to 4-star.
