I would not recommend. Not reliable, made an appointment for a qoute, waited around for hours, I called the owner to verify our appointment-he still hasn't responded. It's been 4 weeks, poor business practices.

Erin was absolutely amazing. I have used a cleaning service previously, and while I thought they did a good job, compared to the way Erin cleaned my home, they were second rate.

For an absurd amount of money 200$ + that we spent on a “deep clean” there were many surfaces that were not even touched. One room was completely forgotten and other were only 1/2 done. Not only that, whatever was used to clean the pictures on our wall left some type of residue on our walls that can only be removed by painting the wall again. People say you get what you pay for... not true... I just hired an independent cleaner and for 85$ does a phenomenal job, no surface goes untouched.

We were very happy with the job that Merry Maids of Myrtle Beach provided for us. This was the first time we've used a service like this but as we all know when the years start creeping up it's a little tougher to get the job done by yourself. I felt that the two girls that came to the house were professional and well trained. We had what was called a deep clean that took care of a lot of the jobs we can't or don't want to do. Ceilings fans walls and woodwork. I would highly recommend this company and will use the service on a yearly basis.

Simply put, they do a fantastic job, and I have nothing to complain about. I have a challenging home that is mostly hardwood, and a teenage daughter that leaves a disaster each week, but they come and make their magic and leave my home looking like new. I tried a different maid service initially, and was quite disappointed. Merry Maids provides the unusual mix of both value AND quality which is rather difficult to find.

The Cleaning was very thorough and they were very helpful. We were a bit short on time and they made it work. Scheduled within one day of my call and when the Manager arrived to inspect the work with about an hour left, she even pitched in to help out the other cleaners due to time constrains. That's how you lead! By example! Highly recommended.

Really, really amazing job. You'd never even know my dad had two dogs, never mind two dogs that shed like crazy! I felt secure and confident in the job that was being done. It was a huge help and I am going to make sure my dad uses them on a consistent basis. Melissa and Amber are great!

"The two ladies were exactly on time, totally professional and worked non-stop for several hours until the job was completed. What I especially appreciated was their understanding of detail and special requests. My house had been recently renovated and the interior was covered in drywall and tile dust and leftover contractor mess. BTW, I had warned MM of the situation. Yet nothing daunted these ladies or seemed to surprise them, as I said, totally professional, with a " let's do it" attitude. There were only a few pieces of furniture in the house so they did not need to work around many obstacles. The two pieces I did ask them to clean required a signed indemnity which was fine. I would love to tell you the ladies' names but my MM's file is my office and not with me. I assure you that I plan to specifically request them again as they are serious intelligent professionals. Even in my in my job at a financial corporation employees like these ladies are tough to find. They cleaned a 3,600 sf vacation home in a state faraway where I would never have had the weekend time to complete the task. So would I recommend MM? Absolutely. Would I hire MM again? Absolutely. Was I pleased with MM service? Absolutely. "

I like the routine cleaning Merry Maids offers. Once the deep clean is completed and the routine cleaning becomes consistent there is a noticeable overall difference in how clean the home stays over time. The follow up after every cleaning ensures it is easy to address any issues right away. Feedback from customers is encouraged and the entire staff is always very friendly and professional. The products work very well. My home not only appears visibly cleaner, it smells cleaner too. Lingering food smells from cooking the previous day are always eliminated.

Terrible Service! Sent 2 cleaners that "milked" the clock working as slow as they could at the hourly rate. Ruined the paint on my walls. Did not complete the job- left a mess behind. one of the cleaners said she had to leave early and pick up her kid from school and "too bad" for me- they would send somebody else another day.They lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charge- I am refiling the dispute- I DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICES I DONT RECEIVE. Use this service at your own risk-
