I'm not sure why there are negative reviews from years ago, but my opinion is from the cleaning that I receive as of 2015. I absolutely love my service from them. They are thorough, efficient and pleasant. I work from home, my retired father in law lives with us and I have a rambunctious dog, all of which Casey has been more than accommodating about. My kitchen/bathrooms have NEVER sparkled as much and I love the fresh smell of their products. They use all their own products and machines, which is great because my vacuum is junk. They always leave little notes and gifts when finished. I've been super impressed with their attention to detail and my home has never been cleaner.

My mother had a stroke and we are in the process of fixing up her house to get it on the market. Merry maids came out and gave us a deep cleaning quote for January and then a general cleaning quote for February since the house would be empty and on the market by February. My mother paid for January and February cleaning and has been trying to get ahold of someone to schedule the February cleaning day (which we are ready for now). No one will call her back. She has called twice and emailed once. I have emailed three times and got a response from the manager stating they would call my mother the next day. Did they? Nope. I feel they are taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable state as my mother is currently in assisted living. Not only that, but we paid for the service and they are not completing the task. I would NOT recommend.
