We used MaidPro for the first time this week. It's the first maid service we have ever used, and we're very happy with the results. We asked for a deep clean of our 2000-sq. ft. home. Surprisingly, three people came (I expected 1) and spent more than 3 hours cleaning our place. They paid attention to very small details and did a great job of getting our home clean and tidy. I've already recommended this company to others and plan on them for a bi-weekly clean for the foreseeable future. We didn't shop around for cheaper prices, but I think we probably could have found one... we paid roughly $280. That's probably on the high side, but we thought they did an outstanding job. Shout-out to Kaitlyn, Amber M. and Ashley! Thanks, ladies!

I had new floors installed and the construction left dust all over my first floor. Amber and Leah from MaidPros came today and cleaned it from top to bottom. They saved me hours of doing it myself, between work and taking care of two kids. All the window blinds are now clean! I was almost tempted to get new ones because they were that dusty. MaidPro Lake Norman gave my home a cleaning makeover that I absolutely love. It even felt like the air was cleaner. The service person arrived at my home on time and from the start was professional in every sense of the word. Unlike some cleaners, she was dressed very professional and was very engaging. She numerous cleaning supplies and equipment and wasted no time beginning the job. Needless to say, I left all in her care and ran some errands. When I arrived back, the counters and floors and cabinets and yucky baseboards were all sparkling clean and smelling fresh. I thought that she did a fabulous job with all of the appliances also. By far, this is the best cleaning that I have experienced. I have no complaints at all. And though I did not know what to expect, I now am so glad that I hired this company and elated that I will have my home cleaned weekly by them. Honestly, just an all around great job!

Working with short notice I was able to arrange cleaning with MaidPro through Heather and Jennifer. Both ladies are very responsive and helpful to determine my needs. This visit I was home and Talisha and Savanna came in and asked what I needed and if anything in particular was necessary. I had a few requests and both ladies got right to it and worked efficiently and fast, making sure everything was done perfectly. They were just as picky as I can be so it was the perfect fit. They did an amazing job with the entire home; kitchen, bathrooms (awesome job with the master shower), bedrooms, floors, dining, living room, etc. They were also so professional, courteous, pleasant, lively and sweet. They made the experience such a fun time along with doing such a great job. I will always request these 3 ladies as it is hard to find excellent service. Thank you again!

First time hiring a cleaning service and MaidPro did not disappoint!! I live in a 2 bd/2 ba apartment and work most of the day. Scheduling the appointment was seamless and there were no issues on day of cleaning. Rebecca and Marilyn did an amazing job! They cleaned the little things that I forget to notice, as well as changed my laundry around, changed the sheets on my bed and cleaned my dishes. They’re work made my entire week! I will be using MaidPro on a biweekly basis and could not be more excited. Well worth the money! Becca and Heather are amazing!

Hello! I am not a big fan of posting reviews but I felt it was necessary this time!!! I used Sue to clean my house and she did a fantastic job. She was spot on and payed awesome attention to detail. She was cautious when vacuuming and didn't bump into my furniture or baseboards. She was punctual and polite. This company is the best!!!! They are "maid" angels. Long story, short version....we took occupancy of a home in Cornelius from a company that assured us it was cleaned and ready for occupancy. We opened the door for the first time yesterday, July 25 and were slapped in the face with unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately I haven’t met Hali or Lindsey yet as I’m always at work when they come clean but I have to say I am so happy after they’ve stopped by! They even set my son’s stuffed animals up in his bed like they were reading a book one time.
